I didn't found any cons so far, it a really amazing platform, the only downside would be the number of points that we get each week.

I like the fax it gives associates, manager and leadership the opportunity to recognize their associates.

Cons:

not enough point sot share. I would like to be able to give to folks in my department and outside my department when warranted. I would also like to know if vendors or contractors can be rewarded in the future (if possible.)

The reward system is fair but if we can have more ways to accrue the points, there would be at least some more motivation to participate in the program.

I enjoy being able to show co-workers how much they are appreciated and that they are not forgotten.

Cons:

The limits in the amount of points we are able to award our co-workers. Eight points per month barely scratch the surface for the amount of hard work we put in and does no justice for the devotion we put in to the company.

The best opportunity to give back to your subordinates is Buketlust!

My experience is almost three years and I am very satisfied overall. At first I was just an ordinary employee, now I am a manager who gives bonus points to his subordinates and everything satisfies me.

I like that this is an organized opportunity to thank employees for their help. That everything works very quickly and without any unnecessary problems!

Cons:

There are almost no cons, the only thing is that some rewards arrive with a delay of up to two or three days.

Cons:

The only thing I'm not a big fan of about Bucketlist is that it charges points for shipping. Otherwise it's an awesome service.

Overall, it's been a great experience that our agency utilizes this system to celebrate and acknowledge everyone's accomplishments, recognize our teamwork, celebrate special events. It has been a great experience so far.

I like that I can acknowledge my peers' and their accomplishments. It is also nice that others can send special messages to me while contributing points to help accumulate so that we can all later treat ourselves to any of the several options available, whether it is a gift card or a small trip to certain locations on the lists.

Cons:

I think the only thing I would like to point out is the limit of 15 points per month. There are moments that can be challenging in having to decide how to split the points within a group, if it is a large group, and everyone being acknowledge participated in a great event that they all well deserve a big acknowledgment but 1 point each is just not enough. Sometimes not enough to include everyone.

I found Bucketlist to be very efficient and have no problems except I was supposed to receive a 50.00 gift card for Panera and ONLY received a 25.00 gift card. If i cannot get that 25.00 card I would appreciate being able to pick another gift for equal value. Otherwise, I have no complaints and appreciate the gift cards! Thank u very much. Happy New Year!!!

It offered a variety of different vendors you could choose to redeem your gift card balance with. I chose to use mine with Hibbett Sports. This is a popular shoe company in the south. It was fast and easy to redeem when transferred to the site to checkout.

Cons:

I didn't like that I wasn't aware of this site sooner. Before coming to this company, I had never heard of this site before, nor did I know what they offered. It could be marketed more, and it would probably be a lot more popular among employers.

Very user friendly- it is so easy to navigate through the website weather you are posting something or redeeming something. The value of the experiences and gift cards are great! You can keep it as simple as a $10 gift card or go up to $100. There are a few recognitions that can be given to your co workers which is nice because that means you have multiple options.

Cons:

I really have no issues with this website. I guess it would be cool to be able to post a photo with my recognition (not sure if that is something I can do now)

What I like about the bucket list is that he gives us an opportunity to be able to recognize outstanding dedication and connective care.

Cons:

What I like least about the bucket list is that some of the gift card options have been removed. It would really be nice if they could be added back or the list for expanded.
