Bucketlist it is really easy to use and you can really provide feedback and recognition to your peers.

Cons:

I didn't found any cons so far, it a really amazing platform, the only downside would be the number of points that we get each week.

Bucketlist is an AWESOME service!!

I love shopping on Bucketlist. There is such an enormous variety of things to buy, the selection is wonderful, anything you can think of is offered!

Pros:

Bucketlist provides an awesome recognition system from employers to employees. It's a way of making employees feel appreciated for all their quality hard work.

Cons:

The only thing I'm not a big fan of about Bucketlist is that it charges points for shipping. Otherwise it's an awesome service.

The reward system is fair but if we can have more ways to accrue the points, there would be at least some more motivation to participate in the program.

I enjoy being able to show co-workers how much they are appreciated and that they are not forgotten.

Cons:

The limits in the amount of points we are able to award our co-workers. Eight points per month barely scratch the surface for the amount of hard work we put in and does no justice for the devotion we put in to the company.

I like the fax it gives associates, manager and leadership the opportunity to recognize their associates.

Cons:

not enough point sot share. I would like to be able to give to folks in my department and outside my department when warranted. I would also like to know if vendors or contractors can be rewarded in the future (if possible.)

Tis the season with Bucketlist!

Overall, it's been a great experience that our agency utilizes this system to celebrate and acknowledge everyone's accomplishments, recognize our teamwork, celebrate special events. It has been a great experience so far.

I like that I can acknowledge my peers' and their accomplishments. It is also nice that others can send special messages to me while contributing points to help accumulate so that we can all later treat ourselves to any of the several options available, whether it is a gift card or a small trip to certain locations on the lists.

Cons:

I think the only thing I would like to point out is the limit of 15 points per month. There are moments that can be challenging in having to decide how to split the points within a group, if it is a large group, and everyone being acknowledge participated in a great event that they all well deserve a big acknowledgment but 1 point each is just not enough. Sometimes not enough to include everyone.

Team Building is awesome.

It has worked well and with ease. I have used my points to pay for several Disney vacations!! It is fun to surprise coworkers and to choose a .gif for them. I wish the leaderboard showed people who actually work at MY facility, not the whole corporation. I also wish it showed who has received the most points, in addition to who has given the most.

It is nice to be recognized by coworkers for doing extra or even just for showing up. It builds teamwork.

Cons:

I don't like that we cannot change our name in the app and have it STAY CHANGED!!!!! This is extremely frustrating as many of us do not use our legal first names and people have a hard time finding our names to send us surprise points.

I found Bucketlist to be very efficient and have no problems except I was supposed to receive a 50.00 gift card for Panera and ONLY received a 25.00 gift card. If i cannot get that 25.00 card I would appreciate being able to pick another gift for equal value. Otherwise, I have no complaints and appreciate the gift cards! Thank u very much. Happy New Year!!!

I like the instant recognition given to our fellow coworkers. I do like that you have a lot of spending options. The points could be increased a little. Overall it is a good program.

Cons:

It would be a little better if you could get more points every 2 weeks. If my real Bucketlist would come true. To have some land off of Indian Springs Road in Pelham Alabama, and a new home built and paid for. A nursing pension, with my 401K matched with shares. All my bills paid and especially money for my daughter when she goes off to college ,because college is expensive. So I could spend more time with my family and do the things that matter the most in life. This my story and I am sticking to it.

Bucketlist helps me empty my acknowledgement bucket!

I enjoy bucketlist a lot. I love being able to recognize coworkers and to be rewarded when we reach anniversaries and birthdays. I like to see my points build throughout the month. It brings me joy to see my coworkers see my efforts and go out of their way to recognize me. It helps keep me motivated as well!

I like praising my coworkers, It's nice to receive pats on the back for small everyday tasks because it reminds us our job matters. It also builds team trust and rapport to know we have people who notice our efforts when we exceed minimum. I think its a great way to bond with coworkers in a professional setting, and we get to review and see others points! It is also very easy to use and find employees in the hospital. It is safe and does not invade patient confidentiality. It is a smart way to be connected in the workplace. I look forward to using my points each month and also hopefully receiving points!

Cons:

I dislike that we are unable. I also wish people weren't deactivated once they are no longer employed by CHS. I like seeing past coworkers who have left and recognized one another. I also dislike the pricing for some redeem gift cards.

Easy to use, worth every penny!

My company uses Bucketlist as a recognition each month, it is secure, easy to use, and offers so many different options. I like that when I get enough Bucketlist Bucks, I can shop and find whatever I would like as a reward for myself or for my family. This platform makes it easy give and receive recognition!

The platform was easy to use and secure. I enjoy knowing that my company recognizes me for the hard work that I do and the offerings are a good value for the money that is charged. The user interface is easy to navigate and the options provided are extenstive.

Cons:

There are so many options, but that is a Pro and a Con. Having so many options can make it harder to sift through everything and find what works for me.
