Buk me parece una plataforma totalmente didáctica y fácil de usar, ayuda bastante en el área de recursos humanos, tanto sus módulos de capacitación como su planilla de remuneraciones y cultura organizacional. El evento me encantó, la organización y actividades diversas. Bastantes souvenirs, proveedores, charlas.

Cons:

Falta implementación con respecto al registro de asistencia. Detalles como horarios partidos, identificar guardias nocturnas.

Porque queríamos una plataforma en la cual los colaboradores puedan interactuar y además, revisar sus boletas de pago de una manera digital, además que tenemos un registro a detalle de cada colaborador. Ahora que manejamos el registro de asistencia es mucho mejor para poder controlar tardanzas y horas extras del personas.

Lo dinámica que puede ser la herramienta y que conecta con la gente no es una herramienta para RH es una herramienta que conecta con lo que los directivos quieren comunicar y los empleados estén enterados en tiempo y forma

Todo es por chat o por Herramientas digitales el contacto con la persona que está en la línea o atrás del teclado se vuelve fría.

La atención al cliente es muy personalizada, completa y disponible en cualquier momento. La plataforma es fácil de usar una vez que aprendes el funcionamiento y la pones en practica, el costo beneficio de la plataforma es la inversión que estabamos buscando para nuestra gestión de recursos humanos. Al momento no hemos experimentado problemas con la plataforma.

Al momento todo fluye bastante bien, no hemos tenido problemas con la plataforma y la capacitación ha sido muy efectiva.

I was looking for an HCM platform, but I found an HCM, HRIS, LMS all in one. They have a great customer service if you are in their working hours and also, the implementation process was really clear and well handled.

Cons:

It's a local platform, not a global one, therefore you have to work around the ways to input information correctly about the employees. Once you set everything up, it works correctly.
