Cons:

Lo que menos nos ha gustado es el incremento anual de tarifas, sería valioso que se recompense el tiempo de permanencia en la plataforma.

Me gusta que se puede hacer reportes, como el de las vacaciones, que ha ayudado a identificar y seguir de cerca. También el hecho de subir masivamente los documentos.

Cons:

La atención al cliente es muy personalizada, completa y disponible en cualquier momento. La plataforma es fácil de usar una vez que aprendes el funcionamiento y la pones en practica, el costo beneficio de la plataforma es la inversión que estabamos buscando para nuestra gestión de recursos humanos. Al momento no hemos experimentado problemas con la plataforma.

Al momento todo fluye bastante bien, no hemos tenido problemas con la plataforma y la capacitación ha sido muy efectiva.

I was looking for an HCM platform, but I found an HCM, HRIS, LMS all in one. They have a great customer service if you are in their working hours and also, the implementation process was really clear and well handled.

Cons:

It's a local platform, not a global one, therefore you have to work around the ways to input information correctly about the employees. Once you set everything up, it works correctly.

Mi experiencia con Buk ha sido muy positiva. Buk ha transformado la forma en que gestionamos los procesos de RR. HH. al integrar en un solo lugar nómina, asistencia, capacitaciones y más, lo que ha simplificado enormemente nuestro flujo de trabajo. A través de esta plataforma hemos ganado claridad, eficiencia y mayor control sobre nuestras acciones de gestión humana. Si bien al inicio fue necesario invertir tiempo en la implementación y capacitación, el resultado ha sido una herramienta que aporta valor real y hace más fácil nuestra labor diaria.

Lo que más me ha gustado de Buk es su capacidad para centralizar y automatizar múltiples procesos de recursos humanos en una sola plataforma, lo que permite ahorrar tiempo en tareas operativas y enfocarnos en lo que realmente importa: el desarrollo del equipo y la experiencia del colaborador. La interfaz es intuitiva y facilita el uso incluso para quienes no tienen experiencia previa en software de RR. HH. Además, el soporte y atención al cliente han sido muy cercanos y eficientes, haciendo que el proceso de adopción sea mucho más ágil y claro.

Cons:

Algo que podría mejorar es la curva de aprendizaje inicial y ciertos aspectos de configuración avanzada, ya que algunas funciones pueden parecer complejas al principio. También he notado que algunos perfiles de usuario tienen permisos limitados, lo que puede restringir un poco la flexibilidad para delegar tareas específicas.
