CEIPAL ATS has been a dependable recruitment tool with a strong set of features that make hiring easier and more efficient. Despite its clunky UI, the platform delivers where it matters most—candidate tracking, communication, and compliance.

Often times the boolean search strings used while using the integrated search option fetch irrelevant results and even if you choose an option for the particular location , The resumes fetched are from all over the place.

It would be nice to have an outbound business development workflow that builds from email, call, LinkedIn, text etc. that tracks calls and has updated outreach notes etc.

I don't have a single critique, if the platform doesn't fit your style, then it's your fault for not taking the time to learn how you customize it to fit your needs.
