Easy to use travel expense reimbursement workflow

Pros:

Extremely easy to use, it scans most of the data out of the uploaded image or document and pre-fills it for you

Cons:

Circula did not get the full name of the merchant from the uploaded document right, although this was easy to correct

Pros:

Quick and smooth process, really easy to handle! I love it that you can take a photo of the receipt and the systems puts in all relevant data automatically. Saves a lot of time!! Had no bugs or issues with it.

Cons:

I can‘t think of any cons at the moment. I just wished we would have used it earlier because it makes cost reimbursesement very easy.

Easy and straightforward

Travel expense reporting used to be a tedious, time consuming task that cost me several hours each month. With Circula it is easy and straightforward and I can upload receipts on the go.

That I can upload all my receipts and expenses immediately when they happen and Cirucla even recognizes most of the information automatically.

Only at the beginning it was bit overwhelming but after watching the video tutorials, everything was easy.

Good but needs more features

See above. Maybe it would be nice to add an entry for what is this payment for, e.g. I need to buy a cable, but If HR doesn't know they will ask my why I have a receipt from a warehouse (but all written in chinese so they can't read it).

It is easy to use. I don't have to save the receipts but just scan them and get rid of the paper. That is really nice.

Cons:

I can't include the fees of my credit card, so I need to list them one by one for every payment later on to get the money back from my company.

So easy. i love it.

Just love it, it is so smooth. I love its simplicity, the automatic retrieval of information and the fact that I don't have to worry about anything else. And i dont forget anything anymore.

Completed in just a few clicks - super easy. Normally other systems will drop to endless amount of steps, but here every submission literally takes seconds.

Circula makes expense management incredibly easy and efficient. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and I especially appreciated the mobile app's ability to scan receipts and auto-fill details accurately. The approval workflows are straightforward and save a lot of time for both employees and finance teams.

Cons:

The app occasionally logs you out without warning, which can be annoying during busy days. Also, exporting reports could be more flexible, especially when filtering by custom date ranges or tags
