The system works well for viewing large numbers of applications for hiring contractors

Cons:

All the features in Gohire work well but a lot of the steps were manual and there weren't as many automation features

The ability to reach multiple job boards and a nice UI.

Cons:

I wish you could see at a quick glance certain criteria on the candidate lists, like if they were referred by someone for example

Best ATS to start your recruiting activities or your own agency.

So far we’ve had a great experience with GoHire, but unfortunately, we still need to use many many external tools to manage our entire recruiting process. I wish it evolved a bit faster than it is. I’ve used it for a couple months now, and there hasn’t been any new features whatsoever.

It’s easy to use, easy to setup, and quite simple understand.

Cons:

Because it’s so simple, there are some advanced features I wish it had that aren’t simply there… Also, support is only in EMEA (not NAM or LATAM) so time overlap is limited.

What I liked most about GoHire is its user-friendly platform, which makes navigating and managing recruitment tasks very intuitive. The layout is clear and straightforward, allowing us to post jobs, track candidates, and review applications efficiently. Great! We used a much bigger (more expensive) platform previously and down scaled for a number of reasons - this provider has delivered exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend/use again in another business.
