About HRnest

HRnest is a cloud-based software designed to help businesses manage employee information, absence, work schedules, health and safety training and more via a centralized dashboard. The platform includes customizable workflows, which enable organizations to streamline documentation approval requests across departments.

HRnest’s work scheduling functionality automatically captures employee work hours and attendance and lets managers modify work schedules, compare timesheets, and export data into Excel for reference. Features include holiday planner, custom timetables, email notifications, automatic overtime calculation, document tracking, and more. Additionally, the absence tracking module in HRnest allows administrators to monitor utilization of leaves and share work schedules with teams, enabling employees to plan time-off requests and assigned tasks.

HRnest supports integration with various third-party applications such as iCal, enova365, Slack and Google Calendar. It offers a free version and paid plans with quarterly and annual subscriptions. Support is extended via phone, email, FAQs and other online measures.

I really like working at HRnest

I use it every day and I like working in it. I use HRnest as a regular user - a company employee who reports remote work, holidays, etc. No dark theme.

Easy of use and usability. The website is clear and legible.

Cons:

Home page - it is not possible to add e.g. remote work. Calendar and home page calendar - here I can only add a vacation plan and a vacation request. No modifications to the home page.

Best for your buck

We stopped using spreadsheets and paperwork. All is in one place without us worrying if something is missing.

Pros:

The app is easy to set up and use, it has lots of features normally found in more expensive offline software. The customer service is spot on - all questions are answered quickly and new features are being added with every update. It is very light and works on every kind of device.

Cons:

No mobile app - only the mobile site access. There should be more types of reports and variables to choose from. The notifications of unregistered work time would be helpful for those who tend to forget.

Pros:

I really like new interface design. It is very clear and easy to use. This is a really big improvement.

Cons:

I don't like that everybody has some notification but the list is empty, and we don't know for what it stands for. But this is the one issue that I have.

The perfect working tool

The previous product functioned like a free app with a huge number of bugs.

Amazing Platform

Hrnest has amazing customer support, I did the set up that required some customization and HRnest was able to deliver any changes in a fairly quickly manner.

Pros:

I spend a lot of time going through different demos and doing extensive research. HRnest has it's beta version and you don't really need to sign up and waste time. Instead, it allows for a quick assessment if the features that you are looking for are there. It has all the features that I was looking for in order to automate vacation process approval with calendar visibility. Very easy to use, our employees did not have any problems adapting to the platform.

Cons:

Inputting the vacation already taken by employees was somewhat cumbersome. I would suggest to adapt to a new platform like this at the very beginning of the year.

Reasons for choosing HRnest

Ease of use, variety of customization are strong points of HRnest. Other platforms did not have so many customization options as HRnest. The smoothness of the platform is amazing compared to other applications.

Trullu convinient and easy-to-use solution for company HR

Using HRnest we were able to use a solution that covers all of our HR needs.

Pros:

This software contains all modules, that helps us to keep all HR aspects of our company online and at one place. Easy way to integrate with other software, using APIs and other tools makes it additionally convinient.

Cons:

The only thing that would help us more, would be automated business trip calculations.

It was unable to implement other infrastructure into the service.

Essential tool to HR tasks

Overall, I consider HR nest to be an essential tool in my work, thanks to which I am able to control the necessary information and HR management.
