Nectar builds camaraderie.

It has been a great tool to recognize my team mates and receive recognition. These build camaraderie and foster an environment where we can thrive.

Pros:

It is easy to use for the first time. I love the dashboard that lets me see my org's feed. I also love that I get to receive and give points to my team mates.

Cons:

I love everything about Nectar. My experience with it has been great so far. It is a great tool for team building.

I got a new position at a company that uses Nectar. It has a better user interface in my opinion.

Easy to use and many options!

It's been great, it's very automated and fun (I like the confetti splash when I send a reward). I use it on both ends, giving and receiving, on the receiving end there are so many gift card options which is very nice.

Pros:

It's super easy to use to reward and praise my colleagues and associates for a job well done. Years ago before Nectar the process to give a "spot bonus" or recognition was manual and archaic, but with Nectar it's instant, and there's lots of gift card choices.

Cons:

It's a minor thing, but the points and dollars are not a 1 for 1, it's 1000 points equals $100 dollars, so sometimes it's hard to remember that and remember what I'm actually giving.

Nectar for Everyone

Nectar is easy to use, there is a wide array of gift cards and swag options for staff to choose from. You can access it from your phone or computer at anytime.

It is a great program to recognize staff and reward them. The staff can build up their points to get prizes or gift cards.

Cons:

I haven't really found anything that I dislike about Nectar. It is a great program and everyone should use it!

One of the things I appreciated most about Nectar was the great employee recognition. The company consistently made people feel valued, appreciated, and motivated through various programs and acknowledgments. Whether it was through formal awards, shout-outs in meetings, or small everyday gestures, the recognition culture was strong and sincere. This focus on appreciating employees not only boosted morale but also encouraged everyone to give their best. It created a positive and supportive work environment where achievements, big or small, were celebrated. Overall, the emphasis on recognition made working at Nectar both motivating and rewarding.

Cons:

I didn’t experience any major issues while working with or using Nectar. Overall, my experience has been very positive. The company creates a supportive and motivating environment where employees feel valued and recognized for their contributions. Processes are smooth, and communication, for the most part, is clear and effective. I appreciated the focus on employee satisfaction and the efforts made to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Even on busy days, the team culture made challenges manageable and kept morale high. There were no significant drawbacks, making my overall experience with Nectar consistently enjoyable and rewarding.

I'd like to redeem and get points from my coworkers or my managers that is really feature. so I also give my coworker points.

Cons:

I can't think of one right now but when I do I will give one. I think that Nectar is very good keep me and my coworker involved.

I like the ease of set up and access. The gift card selections are amazing! Updates I received in email notifications are great as well.

Cons:

Everything seems to run smoothly, and issues are rectified right away. I have not encountered very many issues.

As a user of Nectar I really like the variety of reward options in the reward category. It also encourages team comradery and collaboration.

Cons:

When I send someone points and they respond to my shoutout. I am not able to see their comments from the email but I would like to be able to.

Easy to use and highly customizable.

Great experience overall. I use it every month and love that the software is social in nature. I like to see that my whole company is using it.

I like that it is easy to use and customize. I like the fact I can choose gift cards as the reward, and that the points never expire.

Cons:

I didn't like having to upload images in the past to complete a challenge, but that no longer seems to be a requirement.

I find that Nectar's website UI is easy use. They really put a great deal of effort to let you convert your rewards to gift cards effortlessly.

Cons:

I have 1 con but it's not really a con. I would like Nectar to add more challenges to give users opportunities to earn more rewards.

Teamwork makes the dreamwork!

I love getting email notifications that I have been recognized. They light up my day and make me want to do a better job in order to get more recognized.

Pros:

I enjoy recognizing others and making them get gift cards as well. Everyone is so happy when another gets recognized for doing a good job.

Cons:

The main page was a little hard to understand for me since I did not know if I was giving 5 points or 10 points in the same recognition post I was doing.
