Pros:

Still great, nothing about it is worse than when I first reviewed it. Sending nectar is still a good reward.

Cons:

Gif selection is still not great, we all want more than just the basic, normal reaction gifs that are there now.

Pros:

I like the flexibility of being able to create our own rewards, as well as the diversity of gift card options there are so everyone can get something they value. I also like the way it has brought our team together.

Cons:

Initially, it was the administration of users. However, that has been taken care of by integration with our payroll system.

Nectar for Everyone

Nectar is easy to use, there is a wide array of gift cards and swag options for staff to choose from. You can access it from your phone or computer at anytime.

It is a great program to recognize staff and reward them. The staff can build up their points to get prizes or gift cards.

Cons:

I haven't really found anything that I dislike about Nectar. It is a great program and everyone should use it!

NECTAR FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE

My overall experience is good. It has made me connect with a number of colleagues in different departments, who some I would have never known if not for this platform. I also enjoy the gift card choices that come with reward system.

Pros:

Nectar provides a very healthy, and safe platform for employees to meet, collaborate, and share each other's accomplishments. It also builds the company's positive culture and team building through employee recognition hence motivating employees through different peaks as gift cards, and reward points they can use to connect with other colleagues. The interface or platform is also easy to navigate, safe, and user-friendly.

Cons:

They is no particular area l dislike about Nectar, but l believe they can improve their reward system through reducing the number of points that someone needs to earn in order to redeem a gift card at an outlet of their choice.

More than just a shout-out

I’ve had such a positive experience with Nectar over the last 8 months. Honestly, I haven’t had a single bad experience and definitely plan to keep using it. My company gives us 50 points a month ($5) specifically to shout out and reward our friends at work. It’s created this really great culture where everyone is constantly looking for ways to support and appreciate each other.

What I love most about Nectar is how easy it makes it to show my colleagues some genuine appreciation. It’s not just a "thank you" - it feels special because I can actually send my friends at work points they can save up. Whether it’s for a quick coffee or an Amazon voucher, it’s a great way to make someone feel truly valued and rewarded for their help.

Cons:

I haven’t had any bad experiences so far. It’s been a very smooth and easy tool to use, and I really can't think of anything I'd change.

Easy to use and many options!

It's been great, it's very automated and fun (I like the confetti splash when I send a reward). I use it on both ends, giving and receiving, on the receiving end there are so many gift card options which is very nice.

Pros:

It's super easy to use to reward and praise my colleagues and associates for a job well done. Years ago before Nectar the process to give a "spot bonus" or recognition was manual and archaic, but with Nectar it's instant, and there's lots of gift card choices.

Cons:

It's a minor thing, but the points and dollars are not a 1 for 1, it's 1000 points equals $100 dollars, so sometimes it's hard to remember that and remember what I'm actually giving.

As a user of Nectar I really like the variety of reward options in the reward category. It also encourages team comradery and collaboration.

Cons:

When I send someone points and they respond to my shoutout. I am not able to see their comments from the email but I would like to be able to.

Peer Recognition done right!

Nectar has been a positive experience so far! It's given me the ability to show appreciation for my peers but also receive recognition for my work. While working remotely, it's easy to feel "far away" or unseen, but Nectar bridges that gap and gives everyone that much needed platform.

Nectar is a very user-friendly platform that puts employee recognition into a fun and collaborative feed - which is reminiscent of social media platforms today. It's a great way to feel seen, appreciated and rewarded for going above and beyond. The mobile app has an easy to navigate interface and the push notifications are fantastic!

Cons:

The only thing that I'm not crazy about with Nectar is that point redemption must be done in whole amounts. In some cases, it feels like we're leaving rewards points on the table because they don't roll over into the next year.

I am not to sure what you mean by this

i enjoyed it, I was able to redeem a handful of cool things on amazon that i use to this day. It took a while to accumulate but it ended up being worth it

Interacting with co workers was pretty cool. There were also a lot of options for things to redeem on amazon

Cons:

not enough points to give out. It felt pointless to only give out anything less than 10 points, and because we were only allowed 50 points, I ran out pretty quick before the end of the month
