Perdoo 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

It was a great experience me and my team had with Perdoo. It significantly helped us in staying in sync with the team for our projects. It also helped us in setting goal for each team members and keeping track of all the tasks. The free 5 user offer and cost per user after that is great for small organization such as opurs.

Using Perdoo has significantly improved our team’s focus and alignment. Goal setting and progress updates are easy to manage, and the platform encourages accountability. While it takes some time for new users to get used to all features, it’s definitely worth it for improving productivity and collaboration.

It was terrible. The pre-sales was great, no wonder these guys only let you pay yearly, as once you've paid and start using it, it doesn't actually work. Normal scenario - colleague updates a key result, I get an email full of question marks, I try and find whats been updated, since the update happened the number has changed, and the description has been replaced with another KR since I opened it. It's insane. We're moving to Google Sheets, more laborious, thats how bad this software is.

Perdoo feels clean, structured, and helpful.It's great for visibility and team alignment, but not the most customizable tool if you need something super complex.

Overall, Perdoo is a strong choice for organizations serious about goal-setting, alignment, and accountability, especially if they’re committed to the OKR methodology.

Overall, my experience with Perdoo has been really positive. It made implementing and managing OKRs a lot more organized and transparent across the team. While there are a few areas that could be improved like the mobile app the platform does a great job at keeping everyone aligned and focused on what really matters.

Overall, our experience with Perdoo has been great and it's a great value for the money. It takes time to learn how to fully use all it has to offer. However, it's a great tool as everything we need is all under one single tool.

Missing some features like non-linear target, assigning KRs to multiple PICs (I know it's not ideal but in some companies there are co-owners),other that it's great
