- Quickbooks ecosystem is a must have for all around financial management, having payroll sync with everything else helps so much when tax season comes around.
- QuickBooks Payroll is a mixed bag. While it does streamline some processes, its cost does not justify the added convenience. While price changes are normal in business, there does not seem to be enough communication or justification for the price changes with QuickBooks Payroll.
- Staff can also adjust their time cards and send it in as a request if they forget to clock in/out which makes it super simple for me! Plus, they handle my new hire paperwork, quarterly payroll filings and TAXES.
- Customer service is virtually impossible to reason with, non responsive at times and in the long run, using this service has caused chaos for my company and distress for my employees.
