About Recruitly

Recruitly is a cloud-based recruiting agency solution that features candidate management, interview management, customer relationship management, job posting tools, resume search, resume parsing and more.

Recruitly’s customer relationship management (CRM) module helps users to track and capture leads, send tracked emails to prospective new hires and perform bulk actions such as updating statuses, adding tags and notes, assigning tasks and changing owners for multiple records. The solution also allows users to create custom candidate profiles, link their searches to marketing distribution lists, generate ATS reports and visualize recruitment processes over time.

Additionally, Recruitly enables users to create custom email campaigns and distribution lists and monitor campaign performance via built-in dashboards. The solution also offers users mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.

Services to users are made available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and online live chat.

Cracking CRM with new features being added, backed up by impeccable customer service.

Brilliant - came recommended by a fellow recruiter and it certainly lived up to that. Easy to use and customer support has been great.

Pros:

Does all of the things I need in a CRM for a fraction of the others that I demo'd in 2025. Terrific features - website integration and external job boards for job psoting and applicant management. Able to customise workflows, cv easy parsing, and great customer support.

Cons:

That I hadn't found it before 2025!! Excited to see what other integrations and features are in the pipeline.

Game Changer for Sourcing

Been using Recruitly for sourcing and it's honestly changed how we work. Found 127 good candidates already. Used to waste so much time hunting for contact info and half of it would bounce. Now everything just works. The AI actually understands what I'm looking for too, which is refreshing. Best part is being able to search across companies and export everything in a format I can actually use. Worth every penny.

Value for money and user friendly

I like the functions and you can customise the system to make it work for you as a business. I only use drop downs I need however I have recommended Recruitly to a number of recruitment business owners and their feedback is very positive

Recruitly review

The team are lovely and responsive. They are open to hearing about challenges and any issues we might be having and look in to solutions. We moved from another platform and in comparison Recruitly is quicker and has more adaptability potential. However, at times the bugs and particularly seeing old issues resurface can be a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, the overall experience is good.

Cons:

It has some bugs and occasionally when updates happen some previous changes revert back, allowing issues that had been solved to re-emerge.

We’ve been using Recruitly for a few months now and see a lot of potential in the system – especially the flexibility of custom fields, integrations, and the overall usability for recruitment workflows.

Cons:

System stability can occasionally be inconsistent. The support team is always very kind and supportive, though sometimes it takes a bit of time until everything is fully resolved.

What a fantastic recruitment platform!

Fantastic from start to finish! The service was incredible as soon as we reached out even though we were just a small business. Someone was always there to help but it was rare we needed them to as everything works so well and efficiently.

The team at Recruitly are friendly and responsive. They are on hand to help with anything that we need. They are regularly rolling out new features, and genuinely act on user feedback to improve the system. The system itself is powerful and intuitive, allowing for pretty much any way of working.

Cons:

We had some initial teething problems and a few issues when we joined, but they were resolved in quite short order. The email marketing system could be integrated a bit more cohesively into the wider database system.

Arithon ceased trading at short notice with no support.

One of the biggest benefits for us was their willingness to customize the ATS to match some of our specific workflow. This tailored approach made the transition seamless and has significantly improved our team's efficiency. Cons:

It took a bit of time at the start to get a few things we needed for our region and internal processes, but Recruitly was on to it, happy to help us and we had all we needed.

Would highly recommend !
