RotaCloud vs When I Work: Which is best for you?

I was sceptical at first, always used an excel document for holiday and rota but I'm so pleased we moved to Rotacloud it has reduced my workload and makes it easy for staff to be informed of changes to their working shifts without the need for me to email separately.

The only downside is that it doesn't link in to our Outlook calendars in quite the way we would like, or our HR system which could then automatically input holidays.

We love that you can see if your employees have seen their schedule as well as verification of communication between team members in group chats.

There were some frustrating technical issues when the application tried to capture my location using celular data, neglecting the main purpose of the application to manage my job.
