Business needs data and feedback to reposition its product. With the tool we are able to collect large volume of data regarding our services and products. From the data will are able to analyse it using brand intelligence features to understand how we are perceived in the market. From the results we are able to interact with the customers and clients to give yhem the best that they want. With that we are able to have an exercise customer experience and score highly in the CSAT.

Cons:

Everything with the tool works well but they need to work on the user interface. The interface is old school.

What's best with the tool is how simple and light it is. It's easy to use and implement. The features and the functionality enables us to conduct indepth research by collecting large volume of data and analysing them. Cons:

As for my usage and interaction, integration with third party softwares was OK, it's an easy to use. Generally no worries with the tool.
