About TimeFlow

TimeFlow is a time tracking software designed to help businesses monitor employee work hours, timesheets, clock-in/out and more across multiple locations and departments via a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to search employee records and create, modify or delete timesheet entries.

TimeFlow includes a payroll management functionality, which allows administrators to automate the calculation of payroll data and define weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly or custom pay period. Enterprises can register employee details with bio-metric login and view and approve time-off requests. Additionally, supervisors can access punctuality reports to track workforce productivity with login and logout data.

TimeFlow lets managers generate, export and share payroll reports in a variety of formats like PDF, HTML, CSF, RTF and more to gain insights into payment-related metrics. It is available on monthly/annual subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, knowledge base and other online measures.

TimeFlow works great!

We have used Timeflow at our non-profit agency as a timeclock system for over 3 years. It has worked great. It is easy to use and easy to set up. Worth the money.

Timeflow software

It has been a great experience using Timeflow. Most other time clocks out there will make you pay an ongoing fee but Timeflow you just pay once for the software. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the program itself is much easier to use than our last one. I can't tell you how long we spent on our last time clock software when someone forgot to punch in and we had to enter in their times manually if you forgot to put in am or pm the program would not let you save it and gave no indication of where the error was at. This product is so much better, well done!

We use on a small group of people without any troubles, it's simple and cheap.

Simple to use and navigate . I use it biweekly for payroll and usually don't have a lot of time to spend doing payroll.

Cons:

Doesn't have any labor to hours reports. Would like being able to break out labor and OT reports and pull into excel spread sheet for budgeting.

Easy to use, but need more stations

The employee early/late feature is something I haven't found anywhere else. I like that. It helps document why I have to call an employee in for a conversation about punctuality.

Pros:

It's clean, concise, and gives my bookkeeper the reports she needs for payroll. I especially like the tracking employees who come late and leave early.

Cons:

It's 20/month, for 10 employees, but only 5 stations. Each of my employees have their own computer station they work on, and shouldn't have to go to another station to clock in. It interrupts another employee.

Pros:

I love the way that it tallies the total hours worked by week. It makes it much easier for processing timecards and reviewing your hours for potential OT.

Cons:

I did find it a bit difficult to navigate the system to print my timecard and look up additional information. I didn't have any training on the system, but I was able to figure it out eventually.

Clocking In and Out of work is convenient...not a hassle. No question about what will be on your paycheck.

Pros:

As a user (non administrator) of this software, I can say that the software is fairly intuitive and requires little training to use. Accountability and hourly tracking is easy with the way the software is setup and what you have visibility to.

Cons:

The biometric fingerprint scanner is cool but it didn't always work. Could have been our specific scanner, however.
