VidCruiter allows users to conduct video interviews which helps them to assess candidates based on qualitative data. Users can decide the number of questions to be asked during the video interview and give candidates an option to re-record their answers.Multiple interviewers can participate in an interview and the solution's structured workflow allows them to keep the process uniform for multiple candidates. It also provides users functionalities to share their computer screens during the interview process.

Vidcruiter

I can use this software to service two different countries. Canada and the Caribbean. I can give other members of the company access to the applicant information without giving them full access to the software.

Fantastic VidCruiter experience!

Fantastic experience with VidCruiter, my whole team loves to use the tool. My Account Executive we work with, Astrid, makes renewing with VidCruiter worthwhile. Would recommend VidCruiter to any busy HR function looking to take back time in their day and process.

Pros:

I like the time saved from doing phone call references, being able to send an electronic link and everything is sent automatically to the candidate and their references through an email rather than chasing down references via telephone is SO convenient. It's truly changed the way we work. We are able to move to offer quicker and not wait days for returned phone calls or booking references calls a week out in advance. Having references returned in 24-48 hours is a game-changer.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of that we would like to see VidCruiter grow in is integrating better in ATS/Workday. We would like to have an easier streamline to integrating the Video-Prescreening tool while still holding up the References option in Workday. Other than that, VidCruiter is truly checking all of our boxes.

Pros:

The customisation of the roles, scores & weighting and positions are all fairly good. Analytics can be useful.

Cons:

Some features and processes don't feel intuitive or logical. This makes somethings hard to design and/or implement.

Love but want CRM integration ASAP

Wonderful experience end-to-end in our 2+ years of operations with VidCruiter. The implementation and ongoing Customer Experience teams are top notch as are the 24/7 chat support representatives.

Pros:

Ease of use and ability to build custom flows. VidCruiter also works as an LMS for us that allows us to manage our contractor workforce with ease.

Cons:

Lack of HubSpot integration is our one big blocker. If we could even have n8n or Zapier type plugins that could bridge, this would be super helpful.

Cons:

It doesn’t fully integrate with our ATS the way we had hoped, but we’ve found effective workarounds, and it still adds great value.

VidCruiter is warmly recommanded !

With Covid-19, we needed to organize online interview to not block our recrutment process for the Belgian government. We often use study cases and we needed a tool wich allow to do that in a safe environnment to avoid cheating. Now, we can !

You can personnalize and adapt the tool following your needs and your company's process. The sky is (almost) the limit for the support team wich is friendly and very costumer oriented. They always find a solution to your questions (even though you have very special asks and process like us ^^)

Cons:

There are so many possiblities and a such flexibility that it's impossible to use it and personnalize it by yourself without a strong support (wich is provised !) and practice (but once again, the support team helps you at every step).

Teams and Skype allow us only to make online intervew but no study case with a proctoring tool

Great option for recruiting!

My overall experience has been extremely positive. Getting to know the team in meetings each week as we customised the product to our requirements was an absolute pleasure. They put me at ease and I could ask anything as we went along. I shall miss our weekly meetings!

Its far more user friendly than I was expecting! The online help that's available has been so useful while I'm still learning and I know that at any point I can reach out and get the support I need.

Cons:

As I am relatively new to using VidCruiter I haven't come across anything yet that I don't like.

VidCruiter as a whole give's myself the best information to refer back to, as we can see people who have interviewed multiple times. The statistics section is also amazing for our end of year projects with management.

The versatility of the program allows us to make quick changes to our interview process to make it the best it can be.

Cons:

There is not much. The program runs great. Sometimes there are automated flags for an invalid email/reference that we need to ignore. But it is good to still receive this information.
