Pros:
It automatically organizes applicants and rates them by qualifications for easy viewing at a glance. Also, a team member will reach out to you in order to optimize your ads. Interview notes are stored easily within the app, and you can schedule directly from the app using a calendar integration. I also like the inclusion of the DISC+ assessment.
Cons:
I cannot think of anything I feel should be improved at this time.

I love the candidate management and activity dashboard. These allow me to efficiently manage the pipeline for open roles.
Cons:
I find the resume parsing and keyword search features less intuitive compared to other platforms like taleo.

I love that I can run listings long term without paying the fees that Indeed charges which are inconsistent. I am happy to have a flat monthly rate for job postings. The Refresh feature is also very helpful. I like the DISC assessments but I wish I could have a say in what we're looking for so that the assessments could be more accurate.
Cons:
It's difficult to customize my job listing and sometimes WizeHire revises our listings in a way that is significantly different than the requirements or expectations we have for the job.

The Coaches Are the Best!

The coaches are the best part of WizeHire. They have our back to make sure job posts are visible on all of the job boards and answer any questions about the platform.
Cons:
Market Limitations. Ex. We had to purchase 2 separate markets for neighboring cities. When I posted similar looking positions in the two cities, we were told it wasn’t allowed. We eventually resolved the issue and were able to hire for the 2 positions, but it was a week long headache trying to post the jobs.

Ziprecruiter’s prices were high and were not resulting in enough applicants.

Great way to manage open job requisitions all in one place. In the candidate dashboard you can move candidates into specific stages of the interview process and also rank them.
Cons:
Wizehire sold us on the idea that we will receiving qualified candidates rather than candidates with experience that doesn't meet or job requisition. However, a majority of the candidates we received did not have any of the requirements we were looking for. The interview request tools isn't quite there yet, need some updates to be more customizable. You pay monthly for the tool, however, the placement on job boards isn't premium, that's an additional fee.

Very helpful for real estate recruiting

I've been using it for 4 years. I won't leave because I've not found another system that integrates, in a cost effective manner, with DISC but it isn't ideal. It's fairly manual. For example, you can't set up automated email responses to go out at prearranged statuses in the applicant journey.

It uses the DISC Assessment which is very helpful in assessing real estate agents. The hiring coaches are pleasant and helpful given what they have to work with.
Cons:
It doesn't have all of the technology enhancements of traditional applicant tracking systems. For someone who has never recruited before, it would be fine but for someone who is used to a state of the art ATS, it would feel very limited and clunky.
