About ZenHR

ZenHR is a human resources management software designed to help businesses streamline processes related to attendance tracking, payroll calculations, shift roster planning, performance evaluation and more. Its tasks management module enables administrators to assign tasks to employees, monitor progress and view pending jobs or urgent notifications via a dashboard.

ZenHR’s self-service portal lets employees view/edit personal information, plan and mark upcoming events such as public holidays or meetings and submit time-off requests for approval. Features include asset management, geolocation tracking, employee directory, onboarding and offboarding management, benefits administration and more. Additionally, managers can upload documents in a centralized repository, define role-based permissions for internal sharing and receive custom notifications for document’s expiry.

ZenHR supports integration with timecard machines and numerous biometric attendance devices including fingerprint, iris and facial recognition to capture employee time. Pricing is available on request and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

The fully fledged software you need for your employees

It's good enough to use on both mobile and online, attendance management is accurate for the location of the office, you get salary slips straight away to check your deductions, you have all the database of all the employees in the company there, your sick leaves, annual vacation days are all in one place, you can check your balance, apply for a leave or vacation, even send important HR related document through it, over all 9/10.

Pros:

i love the idea of getting everything work related straight in one software, including your salary slips, days off, vacation and annual days, sick leaves, payroll, attendance management, and it has a mobile app that actually eases all those processes, it's fast, reliable and easy to use, no complaints whatsoever.

Cons:

The only think i dislike would be the complicated process of setting it up, it took a lot of time for me to get the email, and when the password is created you need to contact them again in order to activate it, it was a long process

Disasterous decision!

We were in a difficult spot to quickly choose an HR system, we selected the lousy system.. It failed us from day one, and we get immediate help from customer support, but it keeps coming. We can not rely on them on daily basis.. and we were hoping to benefit from performance management, yet we couldn't get the basics right.

reliability! ZERO! Payroll errors, employee data bugs, data are not reliable.

I appreciate the flexibility in applying the rules, and it also removes the gloomy image of the system from our minds.

Cons:

ve noticed a few gaps in the system that are causing issues. For one, if a staff member only registers one fingerprint, the system can't enforce the rules properly, so I'm stuck doing it manually. I’d love to see this become automatic. Also, there’s a loophole where employees can claim overtime during their standard shift hours—we definitely need to fix that." "There's also a problem with the bank branch column in the payroll sheet. It uses a dropdown menu that doesn't include all branches, and since we can't type them in manually, we have to do the whole thing by hand."

first month with Zen HR

Great experience, and I am happy with it. Being able to track my monthly attendance and calculate all my data is a great flexibility I never had before. especially that I am seeing the same thing my company can see.

The flexibility of attendance tracking The ability to add all my documents online and freedom from paperwork. The missing punch option is great as it saves me a lot of hassle. management of my leaves and permissions.

Cons:

It may glitch sometimes, which may make me lose the ability to input my clock-in and clock-out times; this is mitigated by the missing punch option, though. But it is frustrating.

Easy to use it means very useful for on site or remotely jobs for requests leave or vacation and till now it secured and making updates always
