Are any of the jobs legit anymore?

I used to love this platform it got me 3 of my jobs in the past but in the last few months I've applied for all the recommended jobs for me and 0 out of 40 have set an interview or even acknowledged my application its just hard to tell the fake jobs rom the real ones

Pros:

It has a lot of variety of jobs to apply for that match my qualifications and the applying part is really easy and simple

Cons:

Spam jobs that are bogus and not real and I've applied for 40 jobs and not one even asked for an interview makes me wonder if any of the jobs are real on here

ZipRecruiter helps us put together job listings and sort through candidates better than the competition.

Cons:

Not sure how much of this is ZipRecruiter's problem, but the candidate pool is not what it once was and I feel a lot of it is because of the way hiring companies have become dead-ends for applicants

This is a great way to seek new talent and fill open roles in our studio when they become available.

It has always worked as intended and have nothing bad to say - it is easy to use and does the job well!

Zip Recruiter is easy to navigate, easy to use and they have a great customer support services and after services. It offers a place to post jobs and to look for job, hence making the recruitment process rather smooth. Email communication makes it easy to communicate but also to save old communication. Definitely value for money.

There are many AI platform where one can search for a job, or recruit, ZipRecruiter competitive. N/A.

It allows us to ask the right questions up front to help get the qualified employees we need. You can post your job and leave it there, as we are always hiring as our company grows.

What I like most about ziprecruiter is the ability to search for employment within a certain area. I like to be able to put my preferences and this is perfect for that!

Cons:

What I dislike is, at first, it was hard to understand how it worked. You still need to be careful for those fake ads.
