Zoho Recruit is a web-based recruiting solution for small to mid-sized businesses. The software's comprehensive applicant tracking system (ATS) includes resume parsing, automated job board posting, customized company careers pages, resume storage, and interview scheduling. Zoho's offerings include multiple specialized applications created to help users collaborate with the peers to increase productivity.

Zoho Recruit enhances the visibility of company job openings by creating a customized career webpage of the company and extend the reach by using popular job boards, social media sites, and direct sourcing. The career page developed by the software lists every job opening with complete descriptions and accepts applications for multiple job openings. The solution provides a candidate login where candidates can set up their user profiles and apply for multiple jobs.

Zoho Recruit integrates with Google applications, such as Google Calendar, to save time and forego repetitive data entry. The software is available free with limited features and the upgraded versions are available on a per month subscription basis.

A Surprisingly Powerful ATS/CRM for a Lean Agency Desk

Overall my experience with Zoho Recruit has been very positive; it has become the operational hub of my recruiting business. It handles job requisitions, candidate pipelines, client CRM, and reporting in a way that supports both day‑to‑day execution and longer‑term relationship building. Once I invested the time to configure pipelines and automation rules around my niche, the system noticeably reduced manual follow‑up and context switching between tools. For a solo or small agency recruiter who wants enterprise‑style capability at a reasonable cost, Zoho Recruit feels like a strong, scalable choice.

Pros:

What I like most about Zoho Recruit is that it gives me a true end‑to‑end ATS and recruitment CRM in one place, without the price tag or complexity of a typical “enterprise” system. I can model my actual recruiting workflows with custom pipelines, fields, and automation rules, so the software reflects how my desk runs instead of forcing me into a rigid template. The ability to track both candidates and clients, run outreach campaigns, and see performance analytics inside the same platform has made my process faster and more predictable.

Cons:

The biggest downside is the initial setup and configuration curve if you want to fully leverage automations and customization. There are a lot of options and settings, and it took time to streamline views, fields, and workflows so the interface didn’t feel cluttered when handling high‑volume pipelines. Some of the AI and parsing capabilities are good but not flawless, so complex CVs still need a quick manual review.

Reasons for switching to Zoho Recruit

Loxo is too expensive and the features do not justify the cost. Lots of useful features.

Efficient and easy to use CRM

Great, a tool we will be sticking with, our data is secured and backed up, and it means it's easier for us to conduct candidate interviews and just manage the entire recruitment process

Pros:

After using a lot of CRM's Zoho, is by far the most user friendly, enables a quicker recruitment process and great value for money.

Cons:

There is't as many ai features as other crm's such as CV search, it can occasionaly be slow to load certain data on the CRM

Best All-in-One Recruiting management tool on the market

Loads of automated functions, integrated AI, connected moduls for managing the job openings, projekts, clients and customers make this tool super useful. Not to mention the price, which allows also small and young companies without large budgets to use it.

The functionality is uncoparable with similar products on the market. You get everything in one App. And nor only for managing the recruiting process, but also for managing the customers.

Cons:

Loads of functions make it a little difficult to set it up by yourself. But the support is very helpful.

Zoho Recruit

We’ve been using Zoho Recruit for several months now, and overall it’s been a solid tool for streamlining our hiring process. Zoho Recruit has been the most reliable recruitment tool I have used so far. Aside from it being affordable, it improved my visibility to potential employers and did that while reducing manual work! I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Cons:

As a first-time user, it took me a while to understand some of the advanced features. I think a few areas could benefit from more guided tips or documentation, but once set up, the system runs smoothly

Easy to use for solo recruiters

It has been a really positive experience so far because the platform is straightforward and intuitive to use, which makes day-to-day tasks much quicker and easier to manage. The user interface is clear and well laid out, so nothing feels overcomplicated or difficult to find. Everything has worked smoothly without any technical issues, and overall it has been reliable and efficient, which makes it easy to stay productive and focused on work rather than dealing with system problems.
