Pros:

I'm a social impact video game designer, so I've got a whole lot of people in my gaming and user communities to keep track of. I love the simplicity of Notehouse. In a quick second, I can search with tags to find one of my people–whether they're a tester, parent, or investor. I also like that I can include the little things that I'm often at risk of forgetting about my users, and being able to bring up those little details with our game testers and parents has made all the difference in building a strong community surrounding our game.

Cons:

Honestly, describing how useful it is to the rest of my team! They're starting to network at various events in their areas, and I'm so excited for them to try it first hand and see how much of a game changer it is.

Simple to use and quick to fix

Overwhelmingly positive. Notehouse is incredibly to easy to use, and I feel much more organized since using it. I most appreciate how helpful their support team is. They acknowledge the issue within the day, and then are fast to find the issue, keep you updated, and fix it.

Simplicity and ease of use. Tech support is very approachable, fast to dig into issues, and fast to solve them!

Cons:

I think it would be very helpful if you could sort all clients by most recently modified/changed. I also wish you could export more of the data.

Simplicity and mobile friendly. Seemed to be the simplest way to get our team better at documenting.

Reasons for switching to Notehouse

We tried partnering with a start-up to build an app specifically suited for our needs, but it wound up overly complicated and tough to use. It was also within the Microsoft environment and had small data max.

Lost my excitement

Its was great at the initial stage but when communication breaks down its with customer services it limits us in what we can do.

You have a good system and i know starting out with any business first hand the challenges however your customer should be the priority no matter what’s going on. I personally sent a few emails after upgrading to the monthly fee to get support surrounding how to access the free premium upgrade as per your new year marketing. You did respond letting me now when I would be available now its been six week since my last email and no respond. I have add a new users and w stil do not know how to access the premium upgrade to how to make the new users manager of their files. Also when choosing form th enlist of professions you should have social services industry listed as this from what i read of your company was the primary market or one of them.

There is no instruction on how to se once upgrade

It's so easy to use and the pricing is fair. Customer support is fantastic.

Cons:

I'm definitely looking forward to HIPAA compliance! Closing cases could be easier to find, but now that I know where to look, it's no problem!

You have had HIPAA-compliant servers from the beginning. The price was a terrific value. I like being able to use my own templates and create top-notch notes. It's incredible easy to use. Customer service is fantastic, I've felt heard and supported directly by Lauren.

I really love how simple to use Notehouse is. We had gone through a few other systems for our case notes and this is by far the best one we tried. It is easy to access each others files if needed, sort files in different ways and pull lists for groups. I also like how easy it is to customize based on the work we do.

Cons:

I would like the searches to auto save until reset, but that is just because I keep forgetting to tick the box, not a huge deal.

Reasons for switching to Notehouse

The other platforms were not working for our team. There was a lot of frustrations and they were either not as user friendly as we needed or not customizable in the way we needed.

It's simple, but user-friendly. Using it doesn't interfere with the work. You can make changes as your work evolves and create reports easily to capture the data you need. There is a minimal learning curve, and it is economical for a tiny nonprofit like it.

Cons:

I would like it to be slightly more customizable, but otherwise, it's great. Adding some customizable fields would make it perfect.
