Pros:

Layr makes the whole experience of researching, purchasing, renewing and paying for business insurance 100% turnkey. Their team is incredibly personable, responsive, helpful and well-versed in the insurance needs of a small business like mine. And their modern software solution couldn't be easier to use. I love everything about it!

Cons:

No complaints at all. There's nothing I don't like.
