Nexsure Agency Management is cloud and mobile-based agent management solution, which helps manage, improve and accelerate the growth of insurance-related operations. Designed primarily for brokers, agents, wholesalers and program administrators, it aims to deliver strength to client communication and business planning.

Key features of Nexsure Agency Management software include automation of claims, commissions, contacts, documents, insurances, policies and quotas.

Additionally, it also helps with customization of email drip campaigns, lead management, customer segmentation and other sales and marketing approaches. Its three editions, Core, Web+ and Productivity+, provide independent as well as integrated tools to bring efficiency in processes required to run an insurance agency.

Nexsure Agency Management provides mobile applications for Android, iOS and Windows devices and supports the integration of in-house and third-party software. The pricing is available on a monthly basis and minimum five users are required to avail the subscription.

Pros:

Previously we were on Applied TAM an made the switch to Nexsure in 2019. We would not have survived COVID without it. Since we were cloud based, we were able to have everyone work from home and still deliver the same great service to our customers remotely. It is a critical piece to our Agency tech stack and has many features we aren't even utilizing currently.

Cons:

The conversion process was pretty cumbersome, but I would foresee that with any change in management systems. Their team was very helpful in the process though and assisted/directed us as much as possible.

Reasons for choosing Nexsure Insurance Platform

We spent quite some time researching and doing demos with lots of vendors out there. Epic was quite impressive, but it was hard to justify the price. Nexsure had nearly all of the features we were looking for (plus more) at a more affordable price.

The cost. This is not a cheap piece of software. However it is a robust system, to be fair.

Overall, the software helps keep track of daily conversations with clients, but that is entirely dependent on the user actually documenting.

Pros:

The software does a really good job of letting you track activities and will help remind you of upcoming deadlines.

Cons:

It seems like its biggest upside is the fact that it helps track financials. From an agent perspective, there are client integration and creation problems. Also, when you get your daily downloads, if there is something, like a middle initial, missing on the policy, it will get hung up in the interface and require manual processing.

My Independant Insurance Agency of 9 employees has been a Nexsure user for 2 1/2 years

My Agencies experience with Nexsure AMS has been completely positive. Pro's: Impact Suite - Customized to my Agencies workflow & Servicing needs Impact Suite - Custom created Client E-mail drip Marketing Campaign Client Access Portal - Allows direct customer communication of Docuemts and online services Application Integration - Integrations with Document management, HR systems, in-house accounting systems, etc., Microsoft .Net Platform - external applications, over the cloud! Mobile Applications - iPhone, Android & Windows Phones Con's: I will update this review if or when I discover one...!
