About Ikonix Connect

Ikonix Connect is a critical messaging app for iOS and Android devices that helps staff communicate through instant messaging, voice and video calls, and send images as well as attachments. Doctors and nurses can search for colleagues by role and connect care teams with on-call, available personnel by position, without knowing the specific person in advance.

With on-call rostering, the admin can publish rostering for on-call personnel and have this reflected live on everyone’s smartphone. Ikonix Connect lets teams utilize the toggle system to go offline and automatically reroute critical alerts to the next available person active. By integrating with the full organization directory, users can contact anyone in the organization by the preferred method. Managers can manage personal directory profiles, update where necessary, and keep personal phone numbers private.

Integrating solutions such as asset tracking, fire and security alarms, or medical gas and pharmacy fridges means alerts generated by those systems are broadcast to the teams designated.
