The more I learn about every intricate part of GreenSpark, the better equipped we are for everyday problems.

The product itself is robust and checks all of the boxes however, it's the customer service that truly makes GreenSpark a world class software.

Cons:

They're adding things faster than the nice video tutorials are made to cover them.

Greenspark is a great tool

It made our processes way easier and is very easy to learn and train new users on how to use the software properly.

I like how easy the software is to use. We were able to move multiple programs into a single program.

Cons:

I don't how we cant separate complete inventory for not completed. I would also like it to show only completed boxes being able to be shipped. It would also be nice if there was an alert to set up so that it reminds you to invoice completed shipments after completed for so many days.

What I like about Greenspeak is that it’s very friendly. My client didn’t teach me much about it, but I figured out how things are done, and it’s very simple. I can easily navigate it

Cons:

Maybe sometimes it bugs if I enter a lot of materials in Purchase/Sales Order. But it doesn't affect my work that much.

How easy it is to look for older tickets, by the name or dated that is needed. also, by a simple word like green truck or black car.

It does take a bit of time for a response when needed assistance with a ticket or a n error must of the time.

As a logistics manager, Greenspark has revolutionized our business with its systems in place for load board, assets and apps for drivers to use to swap assets and complete runs and deliveries to better help us run efficiently. Customer support from Greenspark is top notch and rated A+++

Cons:

Honestly, I havent ran into anything I have not liked about Greenspark that we havent mentioned to the customer support team that they havent corrected or worked out for us. They have been top tier on customer service on correcting any issue or dislike.

easy to handle tickets. you can upload photos in every ticket when there are downgrades. adding packing list is so easy

Green spark helped us offset our CO2 emissions easily by contributing to different Eco friendly projects. It costs a fraction of the total order value. You can track your progress via dashboard and can display the same on your e-commerce website. It is very simple and easy to us

Cons:

It has tons of features. I personally don’t feel this app is missing anything at all
