    I like the it gives the results like a charm after indexing , dtsearch integration gave it a extra awesome touch for keyword searching
    Cons:
    indexing takes time, No JFS file support, recently we got the IBM AIX systems and it was not supported in FTK but ENCASE

    FTK Tool kit best combo for digital forensic analyst to do analysis of hard disk and mobile forensic. FTK Tool kit gives me better analysis output while doing hard disk analyzing.
    Cons:
    Timeline analysis would be give less functionality for digital forensic analyst.

    It is easy to use to recovered data that is corrupted or was deleted accidentally. Works fast to get your data back.
    Cons:
    Can be considered expensive to some people but in the forensic industry it is priced competitively. Documentation could be made more clear to understand.

    Forensic Toolkit is still a widely used application. It is reliable and gets the job done. Many people have come to trust it.
    Cons:
    I think the user interface could be updated. It is very sparse and seems a bit old fashioned even for tech.
