About baramundi Management Suite

baramundi Management Suite is an IT management solution that helps businesses of all sizes streamline processes related to IT asset installation, distribution, protection and backup. The license management module allows employees to automatically detect organization-wide installations and store corresponding license details.

baramundi Management Suite' inventory management functionality enables staff members to track hardware and software stock and generate reports to identify license over-coverage or under-coverage cases. The vulnerability scanner monitors and identifies possible vulnerabilities, preventing data loss, industrial espionage and work process disruptions. Additionally, the OS-cloning tool lets IT administrators migrate operating systems and automatically copy predefined system configurations to multiple computers.

baramundi Management Suite facilitates integration with several third-party solutions. It also provides Android and iOS mobile applications, allowing users to handle operations remotely. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email, live chat, documentation and phone.

We have been using the Baramundi Management Suite at Medway NHS Foundation Trust for over seven years, and it has significantly streamlined our work as IT Technicians. The Baramundi Management Center is an essential tool for our Core IT Technicians, who use it daily to provide support and resolve issues across the Trust. Whether it's delivering Remote Desktop support via our Service Desk or deploying Windows 11 in-place upgrades to our Windows 10 workstations, Baramundi has proven invaluable in supporting our day-to-day operations.

- Workstation Disk Information can take some time to update after clearing space from OS or Data Drives (can be resolved by restarting the Baramundi Agent) - Boot Time of Workstation can sometimes be incorrect (possibly caused by fast boot on devices) - Unable to disable option of Registered User when adding new Workstations to Baramundi

Baramundi Experience

My overall experience with baramundi Management Suite has been very positive. The platform offers a comprehensive set of tools for endpoint management, making it easier to automate routine my tasks, deploy software, and ensure compliance across our network. Support and documentation are solid, and updates are frequent, which helps keep the system up to date. While there is a learning curve initially, especially for more advanced features, the long-term benefits in efficiency and control are well worth it.

Easy deployment of our Internal Software throughout or Production Line.

Cons:

A bit tricky on creating a script especially for non-programming experience. Also, having issues whenever our IT does their maintenance and after that our Baramundi takes time to start. Like restart and shutting off the server for many time until it is fully functional.

Very good deployment solution

I was impressed about the ease of usage and system configuration. The deployment itself is pretty quickly for both software and scripts deployments. For script deployments there are many options that can be used and edited with baramundi Automation Studio.

Easy to use, user friendly, deployment workflow in a very logical structure. The solution is very customisable to fit any specific infrastructure. Also a big plus is the fact that it can be used to manage a variety of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS, etc.)
