The platform has been excellent for rolling out new software and maintaining security. Customer support has been outstanding—very responsive and rapid. I have yet to encounter an issue they couldn’t solve. If online support couldn’t provide an immediate answer, they always came back with the solution in a timely manner.

But at its core, it’s a powerful tool that helps us manage clients at scale, save time through automation, and deliver reliable service.
