About CloudLex

CloudLex is a case management software designed for personal injury law firms to organize operations from client intake to case resolution. It is tailored for plaintiff personal injury attorneys and supports various practice areas such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, wrongful death claims, product liability, medical malpractice, mass torts, workers' compensation, and social security disability.

Extremely user-friendly and built specifically for personal injury firms, everything from intake to settlement is streamlined and intuitive.

Cons:

The mobile app could be a bit more robust, but the desktop version is excellent and we’re confident continued improvements are on the way.

A key strength of CloudLex is its commitment to continual improvement. The platform is consistently updated to stay aligned with the evolving needs of law firms. It’s also cost-effective without compromising quality, providing excellent value compared to other options on the market. Exporting files and information is a straightforward and efficient process, further enhancing productivity. CloudLex is a reliable, efficient, and forward-thinking solution for law firms in need of comprehensive case management software.

Cons:

Duplicate files are sometimes created with the Dropbox add-in. The problem can be easily alleviated by ensuring the matter name is correct during the migration process and does not require editing.

Accessibility to the program itself is convenient; support team's attention to ticket items; copying/moving of documents from one case to another;

Cons:

-Lots of features need to be updated or created (PDF Editor, Texting, LexSign, QB online connection, E-Fax, etc.) -Need consolidation of certain tabs rather than having to input same information in multiple areas -Downloading then re-uploading is time consuming -Would like to have the ability to upload/adjust templates

Pros:

very easy to use, yet maintains robust features for a full personal injury practice. Great for template generation, texting clients, keeping tracking of statute dates, and streamlining your office for a personal injury practice.

Cons:

N/A - waiting for A.I. integration. The product is great without any flaws really. I think the status and substates are a little too much but now you can hide what you do not use.

Cloudlex was more robust than case peer and newer aged then smart advocate. Happy Medium.

Reasons for switching to CloudLex

Filevine was terrible product, way to complicated to use and customize, and they offered ZERO customer support.

Cloudlex keeps our firm on track!

We started using Cloudlex a few years ago and they offered training that has made it easy to use. It keeps us on track knowing where we are at with all of the cases in the firm. They are still available for any refresher training we may need.

The customer service is wonderful! They respond to inquiries promptly and have always answered my questions. They are also very receptive to my suggestions for ways to make the software work for our firm.

Cons:

We do a few other legal matters that are not Personal Injury so for those matters we have to "create" categories and ways to input information. It works because then all of our cases are in one place.

I love CloudLex! It provides incredible value for money and is very easy to use. The app is detailed and user-friendly, making task management, document management, and team collaboration seamless. It keeps our firm organized, saves time, and makes handling cases much more efficient. Everything we need is in one place, and the integrations with Outlook, Gmail, and Word make it even more convenient. It’s clear that CloudLex was built with law firms in mind, and it has made a huge difference in our day-to-day operations.

Cons:

Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. The only minor challenge is that because CloudLex is very detailed, it takes some time and practice to get fully familiar with all the features. Exploring the app and using it regularly helps, and nothing is impossible to learn. Overall, the learning curve is completely worth it for the amount of efficiency, organization, and functionality it provides.

My top recommendation.

Great. I recommend it to every law office. Not only is it reliable but has everything we need in one site, but the customer service is also quick and efficient.

Easy and stream-less platform to use. It’s self explanatory, making my work to be the most efficient as possible. I love being able to upload documents and have it link to companion cases. Beats lex PI any day.

Cons:

Sometimes it lags. It would be nice if I could link insurance information and all parties to companion cases.

CloudLex has truly simplified my daily workflow. As a legal assitant, I handle dozens of cases, records and other type of documents, and deadlines every week, and CloudLex makes it all so easy to manage. The platform is incredibly user-friendly(which i LOVE) and intuitive. What I love most is how seamlessly CloudLex integrates communication, document storage, and task management all in one place. I no longer have to jump between multiple programs to find what I need, it’s all there, clearly labeled and accessible anytime. It has also made team collaboration so much smoother. Everyone stays updated in real time, and I can easily see what stage each case is in, which saves me hours of follow-up emails and confusion. Overall, CloudLex has made my job faster, easier, and more organized. I highly recommend it to any law firm looking for an efficient and reliable case management system that actually understands how legal teams work.

Cons:

So far there is nothing i dislike about it, like i mentioned above, its a very friendly/easy to use software

Cloudlex is a highly effective solution for personal injury law firms looking for specialized client-case management system. We get ongoing development and improvements on call, they provide training on every single aspect as well. It really provides with an all in one document solution to our firm.

Cons:

So far, I've had no issues with it, nothing to not like. It is maybe not cost efficient for very small firms, but definitely a great investment if you are looking to grow and have an effective program to do so.
