About GoReminders

GoReminders is a cloud-based text and appointment scheduling solution. Suitable for all businesses, Users can schedule emails and text messages to be sent to clients before the appointment, in order to reduce the number of no-shows and missed appointments.

The system features tools like customizable reminder texts, automatic calendar sync, recurring appointments and scheduling. The software can be operated from a desktop or any Android or iOS device. Clients can request new appointments by filling out a form online, which then adds the appointment to the calendar of the business owner. Businesses can even specify the intervals at which they want appointments to recur. For better communication between client and business owners, Go Reminders provides multilingual messages that are triggered to keep clients updated about the upcoming appointment.

GoReminders helps ensure that clients respond to reminders and confirm the date and time of the appointment. Customers can reply with a "C" to "confirm" or reply with an "R", which stands for "reschedule". The responses are automatically updated in the system’s calendar. Easy to use, affordable and efficient! Thank you GoReminders!

So far my experience has been great. I appreciate the customer support and the ease of using the app. I was looking for a cost effective way to send reminders and keep track of appointments, and I’ve found it with GoReminders!

Pros:

GoReminders is very intuitive and easy to use. I can quickly and easily add my appointments for the week for my small business. There are many features that help organize my schedule and save time. The cost is extremely affordable for my needs and I’ve been supported through the process.

Cons:

I don’t have any cons with GoReminders however I haven’t used the more advanced features of the app. I look forward to trying them in the future as my business grows.

Pros:

We have struggled with our clients following up to our emails and were looking for a way to text them to confirm scheduled deliveries. Most of the options we examined did more than what we wanted or were not as customizable as GoReminders. GoReminders did exactly what we needed at a price point better than their competition.

Cons:

After joining I got bombarded with emails every day on a variety of topics. I was able to go into setting to change this but it was a little annoying. No product is going to be perfect, but we found the customer support at GoReminders to be excellent and we are able to leave feedback for future improvements.

Reasons for choosing GoReminders

GoReminders offered the essentials of what we were looking for. Most of the other products offered way more features than we needed or wanted. GoReminders was the most economical and gave us only what we needed.

The automatic reminders to my clients. Im able to set up to 3 automated reminders via text.

Cons:

Im unable to cancel future appointments if there are scheduled appts in between.

Money and Time Saver!

GoReminders is easy to use and has all the features we need to keep in touch with our clients. GoReminders has reduced the number of missed appointments we have had in our business which has saved us money.

Cons:

There are times when I could use a little more customization regarding sending text reminders. But, for what we do, It has worked very nicely.

I do not remember all of the ones I researched years ago. Go Reminders was the best fit for our needs and had the best pricing for our budget.

Super helpful system - Saves so much admin time!

It has been really helpful. The free trial was helpful for me to get to know the features and see if it was helpful and the team constanly reached out to see how things were going and if I needed help.

It is very user friendly and easy to use. The price is reasonable aswell. It has lots of helpful features such as message sequences, direct messages and blast messages to help contact our users. Its great that I can add my team to it and it will connect with their calendars. The Go reminders team haave been really helpful and they answer my questions really quickly and they will check I understand and that its fixed my issue.

Cons:

It would be helpful if their was a staff reminder option. You can connect to their calendar but it would be helpful to send text/ email reminders to the staff member assigned to the appointment. When adding a customer it would be helpful to have a box to add them to a group - at the moment you have to add them as a customer and then go to groups and add them. It would also be helpful that when a customer is added to a group - any appointments already booked they are automatically added to as you currently have to do that manually.

Reasons for switching to GoReminders

Go reminders had more features and was more user friendly.

Thank you for the awesome service

I have been using go remind for so many years I don’t even know how many it’s been. I love being able to customize my reminder messages based on changes with my business. It’s so convenient to have everything saved for you once you enter a new customer. I have lost phone #’s before and was able to retrieve them from my go remind app. I love the setup and would recommend it to anyone with a small business.

Cons:

I wish I received long term customer discounts. I have used the service for so many years. A loyalty program would be great.

Big help for our busniness with reminder texts for estimates!

Great product!

The product does exactly as it says it will. Easy to use as i do the scheduling for meetings myself not clients. Intuitive!

syncs perfectly with Apple!! I switched from Calandy as it did not integrate well at all. A game changer! Also ability to send automated reminders is great.

Cons:

gets a little pricey with all the options, others have same included for cheaper. But it works as it should so happy!

Early Intervention Life Saver

Pros:

I have been using GoReminders for about 5 years now and it is a lifesaver for my business. I work in early intervention and service an array of families. I travel to each of them and often times am scheduling visits for an entire month out. It is a life saver in terms of saving me time, in not having to text every family throughout the month or the day before to confirm appointments. My settings are initial alert, 24h reminder and 2 hour reminder and parents love the ease and use of confirming and canceling right from a message. I ahve contractors who are on my team, it takes me very little time to show them how to use the app. I love that I am able to add them to my team and they are able to use for their appointments as well! I recommend this app and site to all of my colleagues as it is a true lifesaver and makes working so much easier! I love how it links right to all of my calendars and my appointments are easily seen from my Google or Apple calendar.

Cons:

I do feel at times the message length was a little longer as I have had to be creative with the amount of characters so the families aren't receiving 2-3 messages each time a reminder is sent.
