Great configurable, easy to integrate LIMS system

We had a few demos when we were evaluating the products, then weekly meetings to define requirements, review prototypes and finalise the initial implementation. It only took one month to get the product to production. Since then, we have made the changes in house without issues.

Very flexible and configurable, great support and team availability despite time zone differences. It is also very easy to integrate with other systems. Competitive pricing.

Cons:

Documentation is limited but the team always answered our questions in a timely manner.

Flexible LIMS with Great Support

Cons:

DiData LIMS review

Customer support is quick and responsive; issues are resolved and discussed efficiently. This LIMS simplified our workflow and offered the capability to create custom kits for each study and biobanking. With just one click, we are able to create for example 40 new patient records, each will contain its study ID and set of derived samples/tubes/documents which we usually prepare for the research needs. When first samples are collected and received we simply scan label on tube and Patient status changes to an active, therefore we can at any moment track patient and/or sample flow. It is easy to import/export data, derive new samples from a large data sets, and thus, we have been able to organize a large volume of previously unregistered stored samples from past projects. Administrator user can also easily correct anything, which is essential as stuff in hospitals do not have time to correct if unusual situation occur. Anyone could track corrected fields via audit view and filter out recently or at particular date corrected samples etc.

It's outlook is very neet and everything you build inside is completely flexible and can satisfy all your desires. I like the intiutive design and the variety of options one has for customization. Another important advantage is the timely and competent support we were getting.

Cons:

I least liked the predefined set up when creating a new project. It starts with a set up for a biobank which is not what we most often used for.

Really good, there is a learning curve to start to really understand each modules part of Didata-lims, but once you did it, you can really start to create worflows, dataview and forms that are fiting/facilitating data recording.

The flexibility of the LIMS to adapt to multiple scenarios. It's interesting for me to be able to create entity to standardize the data recording and make it easy to use for day to day use.

Cons:

To date, I am not completely used to work with the dashboard for advance scenarios, need more practise on the way to set it up and use it at the maximum of the potential (especialy for the preanalytical report)

Di-LIMS is a fantastic, customizable data management system I wish I had earlier!

I've worked with the Di-LIMS teams to customize my needs for biospecimen banking. It's really made management of our samples much easier and streamlined.

Pros:

Di-LIMS is a very customizable platform to personalize your lab management needs. I love that our dashboard contains simple modules with drop-down menus to increase the throughput of inputting data. We also have statistics on all of our samples too, making project and experiment planning much easier.

Cons:

There's a lot of tweaking that can take place under the hood but fortunately the Di-LIMS team has fantastic customer support.

My experience with Di-LIMS has been very positive and rewarding. Biobanks are also very satisfied, and the tool continues to improve thanks to a responsive and efficient team!

Pros:

It is a very intuitive platform and therefore easy to use. As part of the support we offer biobanks for the implementation of Di-LIMS SMPL modules, we were able to get to grips with the tool and quickly familiarise ourselves with it. This has also been a great help to the biobanks!

Cons:

A little more time is needed to understand the link between all the existing modules and entities. The system's high flexibility also generates a large amount of information, but this remains perfectly manageable with a specific objective in mind.
