Our enterprise has asked us to shift products for video hosting. As part of this, Viocorp have been great to work with on the offboarding. At the eleventh hour, we were required to extend our contract partially and they have been extremely flexibility and good to work with. A dedicated team monitors and assists with your events. The webcast pages are highly customisable, utilising HTML and CSS. This allows us to deliver great-looking webcasts and satisfy client demands quickly and easily. The streaming service is reliable and stable, allowing redundant streams to be used.

Cons:

Although the pages are highly customisable, there are many nuances with this particular platform that you need to know in order to utilise HTML and CSS properly. I have been using it for a while, so I am familiar with these nuances. However, I believe it could be quite off-putting and daunting for new customers, who are most likely used to the drag-and-drop features of other streaming and web-building platforms.
