Kajabi was a great platform to host our online school. I know we got some kind of discount at the beginning for being in when they updated so that was a really nice perk. Customer support was always friendly and helpful. It was great to make a website never had any issues with security. We used it for our marketing and sales funnel and further for generating lead reports. It could send out automated emails and sync well with other apps

Cons:

Don’t really have anything to complain about. I feel like Kajabi was a high-quality product. And I’m sure it’s getting smoother every day because they updated regularly.

Overall I really like working on Kajabi. You can build a beautiful website and host your courses while connecting easily with your customers. However it is a higher priced software and built more for business owners with tech knowledge who really want to utilize all of it's high-end features

Kajabi is definitely a high-end one stop shop. It allows you to build a beautiful website while also having the functionality of course hosting, email marketing, community management, payment processing, etc.

Cons:

While Kajabi is a great one-stop-shop platform and very functional and advanced, as a small business, it's hard to justify the high price of the software.

The best way to monetize my industry knowledge.

I joined this to market my training programs on new dispatchers. It puts my products and email list with regard to the website under a single roof. It is strong where the consulting side of my business is concerned but the cost is high where you are not selling digital products on a regular basis.

The email marketing series are extraordinarily simple to establish in order to nurture leads who receive my free transport guides.

Cons:

Inventory management functions are not available at all that makes it highly challenging to sell physical goods such as branded logbooks. When you have few contacts the pricing structure is extremely aggressive.

The customer service is incredible I’ve been able to learn and improve things I was doing by working with chat support they are incredible and the high resolution they use in design work is unmatched

I love the ease of using this, when I first was introduced to Kajabi I had a client using it for their website and they had a designed ghost them and we had a launch for a offer then following week I was able to fully build out a sales funnel from sales page through confirmation emails and tagging. I love the ability to do everything from email marketing, podcast, blogs, courses, offers, accepting payments all in once place.

Cons:

The cost can be really high for smaller businesses

Outstanding Overall

I am pleased with Kajabi. The staff and customer service team were pretty motivated and helpful. The product is top-notch, aesthetically and functionally and the 30-day trial offer really lets you fully assess the service.

Kajabi is robust, and you can tell they've been in the game for a while because there isn't much you can request that they haven't anticipated.

Cons:

I didn't like having to spend so much time learning where to go for what...I would love to have a single space (a command center) where I could look at the screen, find what I need, and implement my plan.

It has all that you need but it's not so easy to use.

My judgement of Kajabi might be biased from coming from Wordpress, used to have plenty of plugins and tools to setup educational and online learning websites with memberships and subscriptions. Kajabi supposedly eliminates the need to connect multiple tools but still didn't make it easier, at least for someone that's used to chose in a flexible way and adapt tools to the situation and its needs.
