I would prefer more flexibility to accommodate those participants without increasing our subscription costs. One of the features that stood out for me was it's searchability - TalentLMS allows you to search within courses using keywords. This knowledge base feature is true value for money, combining knowledge base functionality plus content management functionality. It is also easy to set up a wide variety of quizzes and tests. #### Cons The platform is lacking in the off the shelf compliance courses that we prefer four our learners. They are ideal for small business that need to have a big impact on security. Our purpose was for cybersecurity. We found the library of information available to be very abundant. The use of simulated phishing attacks made this ideal for our situation. We received a high level of attention from onboarding to customer support. #### Cons Some of the training modules felt a little too cheesy and not as attention grabbing as I had hoped.
