Exeter was one of WCG's first US clients and as such we spent considerable effort enhancing the pricing component & decision engine to facilitate the real time changes that Exeter, along with many of our clients, continue to enjoy. In the six plus years that Exeter has been using the CALMS system, we have enhanced our product to address many of the points you raised and these improvements are now reflected in the latest version of CALMS.
