Best form tool for integrations and data collection.

High quality form tool with a huge network of support. 9 times out of 10 you'll be able to create exactly what you want. I used it heavily integrated into Salesforce and received nothing but praise from all end users.

Where to even start! Jotform has come a long ways since they started. The amount of integrations they offer is impressive. It is incredibly easy to use and learn. Their customer support and knowledge base is top notch. I have always found exactly the answer I needed. The form customization is very simple, but very versatile. Using their preloaded options or fully customizing everything with css. All while being surprisingly affordable. I can't recommend this tool enough.

Cons:

Zero complaints at all. With their powerful integrations, there really isn't an application this isn't useful for.

Reasons for switching to Jotform

Structure and price. Their native integration to Salesforce was a bit clunky and not as user friendly as Jotform.

As non-profit we were looking for an accessible and easy to use software for us to organise our admissions process. The tool helped us compile all important data and collect it reliably in one place. The tool is intuitive and allows a variety of customization to fit your enterprises needs. For a organisation with a small budget it is a great choice and offers great value for money.

Cons:

I can't mention anything I did not like, some of the restriction we have encountered are due to subscription we are on and could be changed if needed.

It was so easy to work with. Everything and anything you need is within Jotform. Jotform was great from beginning to end. New Business Owner Must Get! why did I wait so long.

Easy to use for everyone

Easy to use for both form builder admin and end user. I am looking forward to building more forms and learning how to use logic in it.

I'm using the free version to test it out and absolutely love it. It's user friendly to both the form builder and the end user. I like how, as an admin, I can see the photos in my admin portal under each question. I also like how it comes through in a pdf in email that I can easily download and use.

Cons:

Nothing as of yet. Since I am on the free version, I'm limited to how much I can test it before running out of submissions.

Reasons for switching to Jotform

formstack doesn't send over the submission in a pdf, I have to look at links in order to pull up photos. goformz, you can get the form to submit with photos, but it's only if you use the pdf version form builder, and I don't think there's logic building in that one. I looked into GoAudits. I really like their format a lot but they didn't have a save or submit button.

Good free option for sending out forms

I'm enjoying it so far. The submission limits and form limits are a little tricky, but the pricing is too high on the paid versions for our purposes. I wish there was a version priced lower with lower submission limits.

It is very easy to use and the free option is very usable. The conditional formatting means I don't have to make a hundred different forms depending on who I'm sending it to. I can just ask them a question on the form, and their answer will hide questions that don't apply to them.

Cons:

It is sometimes difficult to make custom PDFs, but you can still get the job done. Just has a little bit of a learning curve, a little finicky.

Super easy online form platform.

Jotform has reduced quite a few manual steps in our processes. We've had clients use stripe, but want to make sure T&C's are acknowledged and signed but it was very difficult to enforce with programs like panda doc - so being able to automate purchase to signature of important documents was helpful.

Jotform is super easy friendly and a great platform to use for assessments, quizzes, or even simple questionnaires. It's helped us in terms of basic data management for clients, and also in-depth segmentation based on responses.

Cons:

At this time we have not hit many dislikes - we originally had integration issues with thrivecart but upon doing more research it actually was able to integrate as needed

Easy Data Collection

It’s wonderful for gathering information from the public. And it saves me time because I don’t have to code anything. Certainly, if you want some simple and good looking forms for your study then Jotform is a very great choice to use.

Creating surveys for my research using Jotform is a quick process. I like the drag-and-drop builder. The forms are professional-looking on any screen. It also integrates well with my other apps. It is so easy and very smooth to get responses from people.

Cons:

The free version is very limited. I can only collect a few results before I have to pay.” Some of the cool features are hidden away in the menu. It gets a bit pricey for one researcher.

i really like jotform! The app is really good for doing documents in pdf! i have 2 days using the app and i told u its good 4.5 of 5 stars.

Cons:

The thing I like least is that it’s not super easy to use—you have to poke around a lot to figure out some functions, and it’s kind a limited when it comes to making forms.
