Pros:

You can sign in every date, share it with all colleagues or just single groups or you can even hide it. Furthermore you can write in and upload textes and photos.

Cons:

Sometimes it is impossible to export the content in another system like alphamedia automatically, so you have to do this by hand.

Das Tool ist flexibel einstellbar. Zusammenarbeit funktioniert einwandfrei. Kundendienst ist gut ansprechbar.

Cons:

Ladezeiten von den Boards dauern manchmal sehr lange. Die Ersteinrichtung benötigt wirklich viel Geduld und Einarbeitungszeit.

Reasons for switching to Kordiam

Kordiam (Desknet) war viel umfänglicher und hatte viele Funktionen, die bei Googledocs nicht vorhanden sind.

Die Ersteinrichtung erfordert anfangs etwas mehr Detailarbeit, da Kordiam sehr stark individualisierbar ist und eine Vielzahl an Funktionen bietet. It took a little time to get used to the software completely. Meanwhile the planning of the topics with Desk-Net is simple and very clear. This also helps with creative work, because planned topics can be planned for different media channels at the same time.
