Great support but needs better reports customization

in General it is okay but i am sure it can be much better with a little help and listening to what costumers really need

the customer service is good and also the research section give a lot of information and also save me a lot of time

The reports are not customable as much as i need what Couse a lot of time to manually adjust them also i am use to online reports and here i need to e mail them each month

Great. I have been with them for 8 years now and have no plans to move anywhere else.

Pros:

The pricing is great, the results are accurate, it has many tools and functions which make managing SEO on a site much easier and it is fairly easy to learn. Also the automated reporting saves me a great deal of time each month.

Cons:

Most new features are made available at no extra cost. However, occasionally new features are included as "add ons" rather than rolled in to the annual subscription. Or to access them you need to resubscribe on a new higher cost plan. This is particularly true for Local SEO functions. Also tech support is adequate but not super fast. Neither of these are big "cons" - more minor irritations.

For a much lower price you get same or similar functions and features.

Multi purpose SEO tool to track ranks, do keyword research, and technical SEO audit.

We are an enterprise website and need to track more than 30000 keywords on a regular basis. We were using a rank tracking tool named Rank Tracker by SEO Powersuite. But in the recent times Rank Tracker started having a lot of bugs and hence we were not able to use it well. We tried SE Ranking as an alternative and it meets most of our criteria

- The tool can help you track the ranking for your keywords very accurately - It also helps you with the list of "Rich Results" that appear for a given keyword in Google SERP - It can accurately calculate search volume for a keyword - You can also perform a technical SEO audit

Cons:

- Although, it can help you with the rich results that appear in the SERP but it does not help with the position of each of these SERP results. - The tool is relatively expensive but it is very accurate

It is a perfect tool as a complement to ensure a good job of web optimization, SEO and SEM, to our clients. Very complete software and, not least, with many subscription options.

Cons:

In principle we did not find any cons. Perhaps the estimate of paid traffic falls somewhat short, it does not always show a very real estimate, but we really don't know if it is something attributable to the software or to the availability of data itself.

Seranking is an ideal tool to carry out the day-to-day activities of small businesses and freelancers. Customer service is great

Cons:

You can create a part where you can work on semantics through TF-IDF parsing. Give more data from the SERP analysis in terms of headings, meta, most repeated words...

Great functionalities for the best price in the market.

Allow rank keywords and competitors. Great prices, probably the best one in the market. Also allow site audit. monitor backlinks. keyword suggestion tool, white brand depending the plan you hire. Group keywords, monitor changes.

Cons:

I don´t see any cons. Everything work as supposed to be.

Reasons for switching to SE Ranking

I switch from SEM Rush, because this one is very expensive. SE Ranking do not have all the functionalities that SEM Rush have, but have the ones i need and works great.

SE Ranking has everything you need to create a good SEO strategy for your websites.

Cons:

It could be somehow difficult to catch everything if you are a new user. They have A LOT of possibilities, so there is a little learning curve to become an advanced user.

It's the Keyword Grouper!

Like I said: It really makes the keyword research much more valuable. And actually I just use that part of the tool.

Pros:

The Keyword grouping function. It makes your keyword research so much more valuable! You can group keywords by the similarity of the resulting SERPS. That has the effect, that you can group content together. A function that no other seo tool that I know of allows for.

Cons:

It takes some time until you get your results. If you're grouping some thousand keywords, it takes hours. But that's okay.

Reasons for choosing SE Ranking

Actually, I don't know any tool that allows for keyword grouping with the same logic that SE Ranking offers.
