sellerboard is a profit analytics software for Amazon sellers that provides detailed profit and loss data to help sellers understand the true profitability of their Amazon business. sellerboard targets ecommerce businesses selling on Amazon that want to accurately track their revenues, expenses, margins and other key metrics. Key features include profit dashboards, inventory management, automation tools like Autoresponder, COGS management, and data exports.

The profit dashboards provide a granular analysis of sales, fees, refunds, advertising costs and other expenses impacting profitability. Inventory management helps avoid stockouts by tracking inventory levels and sales trends. Additionally, it's integrated autoresponder automates customer communication and review requests. COGS management breaks down the cost of goods sold to reveal profit margins on products. sellerboard also allows exporting all data to CSV/Excel for additional analysis.

If you sell on Amazon this tool is a MUST period!

My experience has been great, easy to use as it is very well structured, the information is accurate and easy to digest and it has so many features that I did not even not existed, especially the Money back ones, and some Alerts that are a must.

Pros:

What I like the most is that we can see our profits easily not only for 1 market but for all my markets place at once, something that is unvaluable, the PPC and Money back features and the fact that its price is very reasonable. Also worth noting that the customer service is outstanding, fast and efficient. We have been using H10 for years and now giving a try to Sellerboard and I must say that we are very impressed so in summary very happy with the switch. :-)

Cons:

So far so good, we have not had any issues so far and the support received when we had a couple of questions was great!

All solutions on one screen

Sellerboard can show me all my stocks, ads, costs and money losses that I was not aware of, clearly and completely.

A lot of info about all the fees that you pay on 3rd party sites. Easy to use and affordable.

Cons:

So far I have not found things I did not like. I'm sure over time I may have some recommendations.

Solid approach for Amazon seller

I use sellerbord since many years and like it. I use it also for PPC optimization. It helps to detect bottleneccks and make better decision.

I like most valueable statistics overview. It helps to norrow down bottlenecks.

Cons:

actually nothing, but I would like to have more features. Like a Orderlist with addresses to be able to search for customers.

I like that the support team is very quick to answer questions and that each field has a brief explanation if you hover over it.

Cons:

Data is loaded with a slight delay, I wish it were faster.

It has both web and mobile versions so it's very convenient to check your sale wherever and whenever you want. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate around.

Cons:

I would be great if there is a better way to import the product costs instead of manually enter one by one
