Zoho Mail 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

It works and I can have a professional email with it. It has different email folders and I can mark different labels on emails.

It doesn't filter spam. Even when I block a spam email address, somehow I still get emails from they address to my inbox.

It's just brilliant - does exactly what it's supposed to do and very reliably!

Nothing to dislike really - if anything there are too many good features to choose from!

I could write for hours the benefits of Zoho Mail and why I like it so much. I'll start by mentioning the user interface, it's one of the best I've tried and has nothing to envy of its competition. It has all the options that one looks for in mail, attaching files has never been so easy and the best thing of all is that it has a section where all the files that you have sent or received. It has excellent applications for smartphones, which allow you to check your mail and have great quality, work perfectly. Also applications to manage users and configurations.   Simply the best option for small and large companies to host corporate emails.

I like all of Zoho Mail, I did not like the interface very much but a year ago they updated it and now it looks spectacular.

I do not have any inconvenience using the Zoho mail service. In the beginning, I had a few days of adjustments, but your client service helped me fast and very gently.

Disclosure: I am using the personal entry level offering from Zoho. This makes the service all the more impressive to me, because it has continued flawlessly for years in my case, as if I were on a bigger business plan with strict SLA's. I might be mistaken, but I believe Zoho had all of this functionality and powerful control long before any of the bigger names in email services did, and even today I believe the others will be more expensive to unlock the features Zoho provides out of the box on the entry level plan.

Zoho mail has tons of easy to use and helpful features. It is a one stop shop for email and organization.

The only issue is the newsletter folder, I'm not sure why it is there, I wish everything just was in the inbox. This may be a configuration issue that I haven't taken the time to investigate.
