athenaOne vs CollaborateMD: Which is best for you?

AthenaOne is a highly convenient medical records platform that facilitates tracking patient information, scheduling appointments, diagnostic and procedural coding, as well as insurance billing and claims.

The CSC is not helpful, asking one question takes anywhere from 10-30 min to solve if it gets solved, a lot of the times they have to escalate it to the internal team and get back with you in 7-10 days.

It simplifies claim submission and tracking, reduces billing errors, and supports faster reimbursements. Despite a few limitations, my overall experience has been positive, and it remains a solid option for managing medical billing and collections efficiently.

The UI and navigation is not very intuitive and it's sometimes odd to try to find the right things (e.g., trying to find a specific claim).
