In our 16 years in business, we have never experienced a data compromise or a single instance of data loss. Your issue was attributed to user error. However, it’s crucial to address that our ability to support you was impacted by repeated abusive behavior toward our team. In your interactions, comments like 'You better fcking call me now' and 'Ok, fck you' left our staff in an uncomfortable and hostile environment. We also received threats from you about posting an additional 10 negative reviews, which unfortunately compromised the professional relationship we strive to uphold with all clients. We believe in treating everyone with respect, and we extend that expectation to our clients as well.
