InsightEMR vs WebPT: Which is best for you?

The support staff is responsive and we feel valued as a customer everytime we comminicate a need.

We tried to integrate the system with our billing software that was utilized within our multiple practices and could not get it to integrate with our system even after trying multiple times with InsightEMR support

The scheduling module was easy to navigate, making recurring/group appointments was simple and I liked having the option of deleting the entire group of appointments or on an individual basis.

Worse thing, they charge for patient appointment reminders huge that we end up spending hundreds of dollars each month just to send reminders for patients.
