Genesis Chiropractic Software 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

Long-term clinic not looking to change! This software is directly part of my daily work routine. Easy to access when on at my main workstation or facility.

It has been the best experience I've ever had with an EHR software and I will continue to use it for the rest of my career.

I love how thorough, accurate and simple it is to navigate. Everything is concise and clearly labeled for a smooth experience.

We had it for a year. It worked well. Chart notes were fantastic, digital paperwork was great. But fell short in a few of the areas we needed.

Great, communicative and integrated team who are really striving to see us succeed. The Genesis is always advancing and modifying to stay ahead of the needs and wishes of their clinics, clinicians and staff. Genesis gives us a solid foundation on which we can build a thriving practice.

Promising software but was told in the sales phase that the requests/ questions could be done by the software but in fact they were not going to work the way the sales confirmed. Unless you run your office exactly the way Genesis wants you to or (their typical office) you might as well not even bother.

Overall, our experience has been excellent. Genesis helped streamline and automate many aspects of our practice that used to be time-consuming and inefficient. The team truly understands the needs of chiropractors, and the system is built with those needs in mind. From onboarding to ongoing support, the process has been smooth, professional, and empowering. It’s clear that they’re invested in our success, and that makes a big difference
