- I came across Zanda through and LinkedIn post and tried it and was fascinated by its features, it has improved my throughput as now I am easy able to handle my meetings and any review or revision from my client.
- When it works its great. When it doesn't work, there's a very poorly designed chatbot to deal with which will happily allow you to do all the tech's trouble shooting for them, collating screenshots and version numbers and error codes, followed by a quick message to send all that separately via an email (after you've done the work, not before, as if you don't have enough to do when you're clinic software isn't working).
- The calendar comes in really handy, I can easily look back at previous or future activities and that helps me make quick plans or even change decisions fast, plus I can make notes which can also be edited.
- A biller at Theranest--proven by report ran--deleted all Blue Cross insurance information and when I filed a complaint along with supporting document---we never heard anything back.
