I love that all of the client's information is readily available and displayed on their page. It is easy to use and navigate from page to page.

Pros:

I like that I can easily find my client's information on the side tab. It is easy to locate files and find what I am looking for. I love how I can track my progress and see how I am meeting the needs of the clients that I see. I love the fact that there is a contact tab and it shows everyone who has a release for information.

Cons:

I do not like that if I put the date of a service before putting in the notes, the date does not always save to the signature page and I have to put the date back in.

Credible Review

I've been the system admin for our agency's Credible and help build the system out for our use. The implement team was phenomenal walking us through each stage of the roll out, helping train staff and providing support. The system post go-live allowed for easy trouble shooting, advanced customization, data exporting, state reporting and form building. Compared to other applications I've worked on this system answers most is not all out needs.

Pros:

This system allows for increased ease of use, most is not all data can be searched for or exported into reports, the knowledge base allows for a quick and easy reference for any and all matters.

Cons:

Some of the build in treatment plan feature last the high degree of customization the rest of the application has, and the form builder does not allow for tables.

The order system did not meet our needs for customization.

Horrible, would not recommend. Incapable support team. Issues not able to be fixed. Constant breaks in the EHR systems, which causes other problems.

Pros:

The system is horrible in many ways. The company is not transparent with the software limitations. They made many promises, which we know will never work.

Cons:

Prior to go live, which was last May 2024, we were told the system would meet our needs. I year later , we are working still with team support weekly. Minimal fixes have been done.

I am not sure what this means

Overall, good. Customer service is improving. I wish Credible would find a way to make the additional features cost effective for small agencies and not just price to the larger agencies.

Ease of most clinical paperwork and ability to create unique forms to suit our needs.

Cons:

Credible Plan - the date fields are confusing. End vs. goal date. Everyone messes them up and even people who have used the Credible plan for a long time forget which to use. The cost of ad on features such as IQ and the client portal or prohibitive for smaller agencies like mine. We always go third party on these types of features because it is never cost effective to use Credible's.

My review of Credible program

Its mush easier to use than any past program I've used at this office. I love all the reports and information I can extract for bill.

Pros:

I feel the program is easy to learn. You can maneuver through easily, it's pretty self-explanatory. You can figure things out new things on your own.

Cons:

I sometimes have problems finding clients. It would be nice if you just started typing a name and everything similar drops down for you to see. Many times we are given an incorrect spelling of a clients name and can cause a duplicate entry of the same client.

Good experience

Overall, my experience has been good. Qualifacts staff have been responsive to my questions and concerns over the past year or so. Much more so than in the past.

The program is very user friendly and easy to learn.

Cons:

A trainer two of my staff recently had didn't seem to know the subject matter she was supposed to be teaching. I just don't feel the value for the money spent on that training was worth it. In the past, there have been issues with timeliness in responding to problems or issues. This has gotten better over the last year or so, but continues to remain a sticking point.

Qualifacts Credible Review

Prior to qualifacts merge with credible, there was a lot of downtime and breaks of features and links. Since qualifacts merger, downtime is minimal and issues are resolved quickly. Also communications are clear and workarounds are offered if available.

Its ease of use, especially for individuals with limited technical expertise. The intuitive layout makes navigating the system straightforward and efficient. The chat support and ticket system is excellent—whenever I have questions or need assistance, the support team is readily available and incredibly helpful and tickets are promptly responded to.

Cons:

The increased system latency experienced over the past year, which has caused organizational downtime and adversely affected client care. The introduction of enhanced user interfaces and new features seems to correlate with a rise in bugs and system issues that don't always have prompt solutions. There's a steep learning curve for system administration, and the necessary information isn't always readily available in the knowledge base.
