I loved it because it allowed me to write my complete medical note, including the chief complaint, history & physical, mental status exam, and treatment plans.

In the last year we have had 3 major issues of a pop-up error message that would interrupt med pass, Medications not synching between DrFirst and the MAR that was determined to be due to data stored in inactive staff names, meds not synching again that had to do with character limits in data fields on the back end, and now PRNs being removed from the MAR despite being active.

This is an excellent product that offers scheduling options, encounter notes, file storage, clearinghouse EDI, ERA, patient messaging, telehealth video, and superior support.

I spent hours going back and forth between TherapyNotes and Medicaid, and was completely lost on why I wasn't being reimbursed by this payer.
