- Overall it is a good EMR system but there are more user friendly options
- I don't like that it is separate from my EMR. If a patients insurance information was entered incorrectly originally within the WebPT EMR and it crosses over to Therabill it was just stuck.
- The ease of scheduling clients and being able to go from one note to the other with the click of a button was very helpful.
