About Publisher Pro

If the relevant data is available, enabling all of the software's features and the end-users mobile device will determine which are implemented. Such as if the end-user has geolocation turned on, or mobile Internet turned on, etc. The software can sync the information shown on AR-enabled mobile devices with data on billboards and other media with printed information.

Smart search functions mean that end-users do not need to type perfect spellings for locations. It will offer location suggestions wherever relevant. Asset tracking and wayfinding analytics allow users to see where people frequently get lost or where traffic bottlenecks occur. Different permissions can be set for different users, allowing admins to set up tiered settings for managers, employees, and customers. QR codes are supported and facilitate the transferring of information from digital signs to mobile devices. Functions can be turned down or off to make the interface simpler for less-experienced users.

Making presentation content look professional

Overall I am very helpful, with this software I can more confidently explain some of the projects that will be discussed with some of my clients, and they feel faster understanding the data that I have presented.

Pros:

From my point of view, this is an all-in-one application that is very versatile to provide various information needed especially for today's millennial generation. Starting from information on airports, stations, retail stores, hotels, banking, and many other institutional sectors. I don't use much of this software, only for presentations to some clients with who I interact often. I think this makes me more confident in dealing with clients and looks more professional.

Cons:

Seeing the many features offered, sometimes I feel confused because of the complexity of using this application.

Publisher Pro is easy to use. I love that it can be used by any business or in different catagories and the attendees can understand

Pros:

I like Publisher Pro. I do not use it very often due to not needing it. When i do use it, i like the ease of access. I wish i had more work that required using it.

Cons:

There are a few features that I feel are missing. In comperable products, there some features that I like to use. Our firm only uses publisher now and i miss thos features.
