- The system simplifies complex tasks like membership management, billing, and fundraising, allowing staff to focus more on serving their community.
- Reports are a little hard to find sometimes depending on what you are looking for. And signatures for camp care. Since we don't use it often when we have to go in we have to relearn it and it takes a while to figure it out.
- The ability to house all of my video content and community in one place has been amazing. Plus, I have an awesome custom app for my membership that lets users watch and interact wherever they are at.
- They have an alleged “feature request” button where you can request things like different roles for your employees/team, a deep dive into customer information, but they never go anywhere, and don’t count on a Uscreen employee reaching out to you to confirm receipt or even discuss potential changes to their system that could be beneficial (and not to mention, compete with their largest competitor - Vimeo.)
