About Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers a secure and private way to pay for goods and services through iOS apps. Users can provide all payment and shipping information with a single touch using Touch ID.

Instead of using cash or cards at checkout, Apple Pay enables users to hold their iPhones over near field communication (NFC) terminals to make secure payments instead of using cash or cards at checkout. The solution is an NFC-payment system that is characterized by an anonymous and single-use token system that keeps credit card data completely secure.

Apple Pay uses third-party apps for managing items such as gift cards, boarding passes and movie tickets. The solution is suitable for both small and medium businesses, however it requires iOS 8.1 or above and an iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.

The iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, iPad Pro, iPad mini 3 and Apple Watch also work with it, but iPads only support it in apps, and the Apple Watch must be paired with an iPhone.

    Apple Pay - Mobile Payment Service

    For a long time I was hesitant to utilize Apple Pay on my iPhone. However, once I finally made the decision, I haven't looked back. I feel that the software works great and gives you everything you need with it and nothing that you don't.

    What I like most about Apple Pay is that when I use it to pay for goods or services in-person, I never have to sign my receipts. I know that is a strange thing to say is my most favorite thing about Apple Pay. But often times I will find myself purposely using Apple Pay as payment at stores or businesses that I know will require me to sign my receipt should I use a credit card.
    Cons:
    I honest to goodness do not have a single complaint about Apple Pay. It just works.

    Apple Pay all the way!

    Apple Pay is the most convenient application for payment processing. I have had a wonderful overall experience with the application and it is used in my daily activities numerous times.

    Apple pay is super convenient and safe. I love the ability to tap my phone or Apple Watch at a merchant and pay with my Apple device. The transaction is instant and secure.
    Cons:
    Apple Pay is only available on Apple devices which creates some limitation on its users but other than that it works as a great payment processing application.

    I switched over because I started to use Apple products for more security.

    I like the ease of not always having to have my purse with me while im out shopping. My phone is always with me so its so simple to just pull that out and pay.

    I have found a few businesses that dont offer Apple Pay but i really don't see that as a con for this product as much as for that company

    Simple to use with two click of a button you can access multiple cards and tap your device and it is simple to see if the transaction goes through.

    Great! Really easy to set up and use. Once set up, nothing to action. Easy to use on multiple devices. Set up on watch, but yet to use.

    Easy to set up and log into, then can be used with multiple products, tablets, phones, watches etc. Can add multiple cards and payment options. Very simple.
    Cons:
    No negatives to note with this product. I have only been able to use recently as moving over to Apple from another brand, but have been incredibly happy since the move over.

    In Love With Apple Pay. Convenient and Use Is Second Nature To Me.

    Overall, I really enjoy using Apple Pay. It makes it easy to just pull out my phone and pay for things at the store or online without needing to find my cards in my wallet or enter my credit card information online.

    It makes pay for groceries and merchandise easy either in a physical brick and mortar store or online like Amazon, Macy's, or eBay. Also, I am glad that businesses cover any service fees and the consumers do not have to pay a service fee to use it.
    Cons:
    It isn't convenient to know which stores accept and don't accept Apple Pay, making carrying a wallet with you card a must. Additionally, sometimes transactions aren't recorded in the Wallet app.

    It’s helps me save money, Transfers are not bad even though it’s charges you a percent. The support team is amazing especially if you make a mistake or need a little more guidance.

    Apple Pay is quick fast and easy! You can add up to how ever many cards you would like. You are also able to sort them in the order you may choose.

    The learning curve was not that much. The value for money is excellent, the service is great for money transfer, no bugs and issue, hence why there is no need for customer support. The features and navigation is amazing.

    I personally don't have any cons. I like that is accepted in all the places I shop for food and other items.

    Overall, it's great for everyone. There is a straightforward and easy setup, no learning curves at all and it's free! It requires a password, face ID, or touch ID and seems super secure. Some merchants do not participate but overall, most businesses will have it nowadays. The convenience makes it hard not to like!

    Apple Pay is super easy and convenient. I also like that it's secure and you don't have to have your wallet on you 24/7. It's very seamless and efficient for everyday use. It's free to use which is obviously nice and easy to use for in-app purchases.
    Cons:
    One of the only cons of Apple Pay is that some merchants do not accept it, otherwise I have not encountered many issues/cons.

    Hi, I used this for the first time the other day to pay a friend and I really liked it. It was as user friendly as venmo.
    Cons:
    Not much to dislike. I wish more people used it as i think it more compatible with my apple iphone and than venmo.
