About Continue to Give

Continue to Give is a cloud-based fundraising solution for non-profit organizations, churches and missionaries that helps them to manage online giving and accounting. It includes mobile and kiosk giving options.

Continue to Give features SMS-based donations which provides a local text-to-give number to collect donations via text message. Donors can manage their accounts, edit recurring donations, update payment options and generate receipts. The event ticketing module helps users send email tickets for events which can include QR codes. The solution also allows users to create custom drag-and-drop forms for surveys and donations.

Additionally, Continue to Give offers customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities and like a client portal, bulk email tools and a tagging system. It integrates with applications like BreezeCHMS, Aplos Account, Neon CRM and Church Community Builder.

Services are offered on a per transaction basis that includes support via email and over the phone.

C2G / Mission Pillars is the best software we have ever used for our church.

I believe we have been with C2G for 5 maybe 6 years not sure, and since the beginning of our relationship it has been wonderful. They have paid attention to our needs and met them. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect a software company do. We are so very please with them, and have spread their name through out all our church community.

Pros:
Quick tutorials, user friendly, economically sound! The customer service is top notch. They always come through quickly. They communicate on my level not a tech savoy level. We use the whole "kit n kaboodle". Accounting, Back office, mass text / email, child check in, membership records..... they have everything...
Cons:
I honestly cannot find a con so far. We have been with them for several years, and they always come through, even if I find a "bug" (only once in several years) they fix it immediately.

The cost of updating and it was pc based - we needed something that was html based.

Continue to Give customer service is phenomenal! They always try to accomodate our requested software changes. They are very quick about getting back to us. The software is easy to use and adaptable to our many different ministry needs. The ability to use QR codes, texting to give via a link, website donor buttons, etc., all make giving convenient for our donors. Their management system is great for donor, volunteer and camper event communication. That is one of our favorite features. The texting ability alone is worth the software. We appreciate the all in one software approach so we don't have to have multiple applications to take donations, track donors, communicate with them, setup events, take payments for them, and report to our parent organization.
Cons:
The tagging process takes some practice and time, but in the end works very well for our communication and event needs.

All in one system that integrates very well between the various needs of donor tracking, online giving, communication, events, volunteer tracking, etc.

Good Company to Work With

We have a form on our website (actually, connected to the CTG site) that makes it easy for our donors to give online. We then download weekly the donation details in an Excel spreadsheet and import them into our in-house donation software. Pretty easy!!

Pros:
I have been impressed by Continue to Give's listening ear. They are not so large that they don't listen to suggestions that might benefit the software and not so small that they can't make positive changes! Also, I had been searching for a number of years for software that would make taking online donations easy AND allow Excel exports of the data so that we could load it into our in-house financial software. This software is great!
Cons:
The only con I have is that I didn't learn about this software sooner!

This is the most custom centric company I've ever worked with. The team is amazingly attentive and over the top customer service.
Cons:
I can't think of a negative. Honestly this group like [sensitive content hidden] have become such an integral part of our nonprofit we count on them everyday of the last 3 years - they have NEVER disappointed us.

Reasons for choosing Continue to Give

We tested a couple of products but continue to give was easier and had adjustable pricing we could customize as we grew. We did even realize how much they would help us, this ended up being one of those "we received so much more than we expected"

It was way to much work, complicated, and not as secure as our supporters required

Great experience with Continue to Give

Continue to Give has been a great asset for me as I serve. I don't have to worry about the hassle of checking in with monthly donors about sending a check or other payment. It gives me a good picture of where my monthly donations are at and sends me emails with any notifications so I don't have to be checking my account constantly.

It's simplicity. I don't use many of the features, but for what I use it for it works really well. It works very well for having friends and family contribute monthly.
Cons:
I don't have anything major, partially because I don't use many of the features. The website itself is sometimes a little confusing to navigate, particularly with how some of the categories are named.

The setup process was easier and the ease of monthly donations seemed better

The staff really cares and it shows.

It has been easy to navigate. Staff reached out to offer training and when I reached out with an issue I was unfamiliar with, they handled it for me.

The only issue we have had was with a donation that was not showing posted, but the dynamic staff was quick to correct the issue once they were aware. No complaints!
