About Continue to Give

Continue to Give is a cloud-based fundraising solution for non-profit organizations, churches and missionaries that helps them to manage online giving and accounting. It includes mobile and kiosk giving options.

Continue to Give features SMS-based donations which provides a local text-to-give number to collect donations via text message. Donors can manage their accounts, edit recurring donations, update payment options and generate receipts. The event ticketing module helps users send email tickets for events which can include QR codes. The solution also allows users to create custom drag-and-drop forms for surveys and donations.

Additionally, Continue to Give offers customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities and like a client portal, bulk email tools and a tagging system. It integrates with applications like BreezeCHMS, Aplos Account, Neon CRM and Church Community Builder.

Services are offered on a per transaction basis that includes support via email and over the phone.

Continue to Give is a great option for churches/missions agencies looking to add online giving!

We have had a good experience with Continue to Give. Once it was set up, there was little more that needed to be done.

Pros:

CTG is a great option for churches and mission agencies looking to add online giving options. Customer service was extremely helpful in getting us set up.

Cons:

The platform seems a little dated. It is not as intuitive as I would like it to be and a little complicated because it is designed to meet so many needs. I don't know how exactly I would have them change things, but if it could be simplified and more intuitive. On the plus side, they are very willing to help people learn the interface.

Price is right and values align

Continue to Give is a breath of fresh air for nonprofits like us who love Jesus! It costs a lot less than our previous company and our values are aligned. Thank you!

Pros:

I love that it is faith based and the staff lives Jesus. Plus they offer so many features for so much less than we were paying elsewhere.

Cons:

It was confusing for me to understand that there were 2possible subscriptions - the online giving platform and the donor management option.

We weren’t using many of the features and it was expensive

Good Company to Work With

We have a form on our website (actually, connected to the CTG site) that makes it easy for our donors to give online. We then download weekly the donation details in an Excel spreadsheet and import them into our in-house donation software. Pretty easy!!

Pros:

I have been impressed by Continue to Give's listening ear. They are not so large that they don't listen to suggestions that might benefit the software and not so small that they can't make positive changes! Also, I had been searching for a number of years for software that would make taking online donations easy AND allow Excel exports of the data so that we could load it into our in-house financial software. This software is great!

Cons:

The only con I have is that I didn't learn about this software sooner!

Project pages, social share tabs, automation for givers that they can set up and that I as an administrator can also set up or edit, the fact that others can raise support through us.

Cons:

Sometimes not easy just to change or edit recurring transactions with new / updated card information

Outstanding customer service and multiple ways to interface with giving

The staff and customer service at Continue to Give have been outstanding. They really want you to succeed and offer all the help possible to maximize your fundraising.

Pros:

Continue to Give provides multiple ways for donors to interface with giving. Donations can be made on the spot and using whatever means the donor is comfortable with. The online giving can be used with our without the accounting software and donor management software.

Cons:

The graphic design could be improved upon.

Online Giving with Outsanding Customer Service

Overall we are very pleased to have made the switch to Continue to Give. The personalized attention and help with our needs is above and beyond what I was expecting, especially for the low cost they charge compared to much larger companies.

I love how the developers worked with me to design the reporting how I needed it. I also love that they aren't priced ridiculously high like some companies are.

Cons:

There were a few concerns I had about the reporting, but they worked out a solution!

I like the concept, and generally it works well once you have your organization loaded. But people need to be able to find us, or we will miss donations.

The customer service reps are friendly whenever you are able to talk to one.

Cons:

Everytime I have called lately, I get a recording saying reps are busy and will get back to me in 24 hours. Sorry, but if I am having a problem, and my organization has disappeared from the search function, I want help now to fix it so donors can find us in the search.

The text to give, QR code, kiosk capabilities, etc. HOWEVER, PayPal at least answered their phones!

Pros:

Continue to Give literally has anything you could think you would need when it comes to online giving. Seriously just go to their Features page and you'll see! They help keep things feeling personal and custom as to help engage giving even better with your donors. It is very user friendly to set up and has great pricing models customized to help smaller organizations.

Cons:

I actually have nothing negative to say, they do it all and they do it well!
